Don joined UBS as a business development coach in April of 2007. He coached the top teams at UBS and immediately impacted several businesses in the New England area as part of a regional coaching assignment. He then accepted a position in the Philadelphia Market where he grew up.  He utilizes his experience as a successful financial advisor and manager in helping financial advisors optimize their practice. He was promoted to the role of Regional Sales Manager for Pennsylvania in July of 2009, and continued in that role for the larger Mid America Region. 

In 2012 Don was hired to run the fourth largest branch in the Mid-West when he became the manager of the downtown Cincinnati office. Prior to joining UBS, Don worked for Morgan Keegan as a regional manager for their banking division PFIC. He began his career as a financial advisor after graduating from Wesley College in Dover, DE. He achieved club level status with New England Financial from 1996 until leaving to pursue his opportunity at Morgan Keegan in 2000.  Don, his wife Lisa, and their two children, Ava, and Brody, make their home in Anderson Township, OH.
