Craig T. Vandegrift became the Houston Market Area Head for UBS Financial Service Inc. in 2016 and has over 19 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.    Prior to his current position, he was the Complex Director of the Houston River Oaks Comples and  the branch manager of UBS' McLean Virginia office having joined UBS in 2006 from Morgan Stanley.  Craig had worked at Morgan Stanley for over 5 years, his last role was acting as the National Training Manager.  He began his career originally with Merrill Lynch in Chicago, where spent nearly 8 years as both a financial advisor and a financial planning specialist.

In 2009, Craig was named one of "On Wall Street magazine's 100 Leading Branch Managers".  He has also been awarded membership into the UBS Branch Manager's Directors Council for four years. Craig also recognized as the Complex Manager of the Year in 2015 and was the receipient of the Ed Connolly Award in 2017 as the outstanding field leader  for business and culture..

Craig received his Bachelor of Business degree in 1992 from the University of Dayton, majoring in Marketing, with a minor in Economics.

M. Ann Page has over 37 years of experience in Financial Services and Wealth Management and became the Assistant Market Head for the Houston Market in 2016.  Prior to her current position, she was the  Assistant Complex Director for the Houston River Oaks Complex from 2013 to 2016..  Ann began her career with PaineWebber Jackson & Curtis in New York, New York.  While in NY, she designed and launched PaineWebber's custodianship and trust company as well as held the position of Divisional Equity Sales Manager.  In 1990, Ann became one of the first female managers in the field for PaineWebber.  She has served over 8 years as a branch manager for UBS in both The Woodlands and Greenpoint Texas offices, and 15 years as a Sales Manager or Complex Sales Manager in Houston for UBS.

Ann earned her Certified investment Management Analyst^SM(CIMA^®) designation in 2002 and her Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM (CRPC^®) designation in 2010.  In 2012, she was named "One of the Top 100 Branch Managers" by On Wall Street magazine. 

She received her Bachelors of Fine Arts (BFA) from Missouri State University.  Ann is an avid long distance runner and coach and has completed a full marathon in all 50 states.  Ann is  a member of the Board of Directors for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and a long time volunteer.

Ann Fitzgerald Salazar, Complex Admin Manager for the Houston River Oaks Complex, has been in the Financial Services/Wealth Management business for more than 29 years.  It began at PaineWebber Jackson & Curtis in the Houston Post Oak Central office in 1984.  In 1992 she joined Transamerica Fund Distributors where she worked as an Internal Wholesaler and Managed the internalization of their Transfer Agent Operations from Merrill Lynch.

She returned to PaineWebber in 1995 as an Operations Manager.  Over her 20 years with UBS, she has held a variety of positions with UBS Financial Services including Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, and was appointed to her current positon of Complex Administrative Manager in 2009. 

Ann received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of Houston.   She has completed 4 marathons - Dublin, Ireland; Washington D.C. Marine Corps; Boston and Houston.

She is FINRA Series 8, 3, 7, 63, and 66 licensed as well as Texas Life, and Health licensed.
