Manuel is the Branch Manager of the Santa Fe office but his primary focus is delivering Wealth Management services to the clients of the team.  He earned the CPWA® designation, delivered by Investment Management Consultants Association® (IMCA®), which required successful completion of coursework in advanced wealth management strategies and applied concepts at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and passing a comprehensive examination covering the following areas: advanced tax planning, asset protection, executive compensation plans, stock options, tax-efficient portfolios, business planning, retirement planning, charitable planning and estate planning.  The CPWA® is the only advanced designation designed for financial advisors and consultants who work with high net worth clients on the life cycle of wealth.  Before joining UBS in 2008 Manuel was a Financial Advisor/Branch Manager at Wachovia Securities and A.G. Edwards and prior to that he ran his own business and worked in international management.  He is a graduate of Duke University and he serves on the Board of the Santa Fe Community Foundation and the New Mexico School for the Arts (NMSA).  Manuel was born in Bilbao, Spain and he and his wife Rebecca have two children.

Christine has worked in the financial services industry for 21 years. Christine started her career with PaineWebber as a CSA in Wellesley, MA after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  For the past 19 years she has been in various management positions for the UBS Scottsdale office and currently is the Administrative Manager. Christine lives in Scottsdale with her husband Shaw and son Connor. They enjoy traveling, cooking, and attending Connor's baseball games.
