Brad has worked as a registered Financial Advisor and Wealth Advisor for over 25 years, seeing clients through five market corrections and countless life changes. He assists successful families in managing their assets by developing comprehensive, long-term financial plans that address their estate planning objectives, retirement needs, quality of life issues, philanthropic desires and wealth transfer goals. Growing up as the son of a small business owner, Brad also understands and enjoys working with the unique interests and challenges of business owners.

Brad was recognized as a 2019 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisor and has completed the rigorous UBS wealth management program, earning him the designation of Wealth Advisor. He completed his Finance degree at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and has earned the distinguished titles of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS). He holds FINRA Series, 7, 9, 10, 31, 63 and 65 securities licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses.

In 2013, Brad expanded his role at UBS to include responsibilities as Branch Manager of the Westlake, OH office.  Similar to his work with clients, Brad enjoys partnering with financial advisors to find additional solutions and resources to meet their clients' needs. As a manager, Brad has been recognized as a leader and the Westlake branch has been ranked among the top branches in their peer group at UBS on multiple occasions.

Brad and his wife, Alison, live in Avon Lake with their four children.  Away from the office, he enjoys running, golfing and coaching basketball.

Judy Wietrzykowski strives to provide world-class customer service to her colleagues at UBS and their valued clients.

Judy provides UBS's support personnel with coaching and development in both administrative and revenue generating functions which helps UBS Financial Advisors and their clients prosper.  She also helps the Branch Manager, Financial Advisors and support staff to successfully navigate the increasingly complex regulatory environment. 

Throughout her years in the industry, she has assisted with corporate mergers including the acquisition of Kidder Peabody & Company in 1995 and McDonald & Co. in 2007.  During those acquisitions she was instrumental in helping the Financial Advisors, Client Service Associates, and their clients successfully transition to UBS.  In addition to these acquisitions, Judy has helped recruit and successfully onboard 14 veteran Financial Advisors from competitor firms which represented approximately $21 million of production and over $3 billion of assets.  As part of this, Judy was also instrumental in onboarding and training the support staff that came along with those advisors.

Judy began her career in financial services with Paine Webber Jackson & Curtis after graduating from high school in 1979.  Since then, she has successfully completed the Series 3, 7, 8 and 63 certifications and stays on the cutting edge by regularly participating in professional development programs at UBS.  Since her career began, Judy has worked in numerous roles including Registered Client Service Associate, Branch Operations Manager and her current role of Administrative Manager.  In this position, she provides leadership to all support staff in UBS's Sylvania and Sandusky Ohio offices. 

Judy and her husband Steve live in Lambertville, MI and have three children and one new grandson, all of which she calls her "passion".  She enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with her family!

Amy Louise Cillian

Amy started her career in financial services at Smith Barney in 2002 as an operations associate. She moved on to Productive Capital Management before joining UBS Westlake in 2014 as a Branch Office Administrator. Amy handles all the general operations functions and administrative items in the branch and is critical to the day to day running of the office.

Away from the office, Amy enjoys traveling to visit her three children and four grandchildren, all of whom live out of state. She lives in Avon, where she also enjoys biking, hiking and cooking.
