With more than 25 years of industry experience, Jessica enjoyed a successful career with Morgan Stanley before joining UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2008. Wealth management is not a foreign concept to Jessica. Even as a child, she was fascinated by the idea of putting her money to work for her while she enjoyed spending time doing the things she loved. Working in concert with her clients and their other trusted advisors, Jessica designs strategies that allow her clients to enjoy life while having their money work for them. Working primarily with families, small business owners and individuals, Jessica guides her clients in the areas of estate planning as well as retirement and college planning. A graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, Jessica received a B.A. in psychology. She also earned an executive education degree and CIMA® certification from Wharton Business School in Philadelphia. In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, practicing yoga and running, and watching her son play tennis. A resident of Henderson, NV, she is active in many local and other organizations, including CCMSA-Clark County Medical Society Alliance, Midbar Kodesh Temple, Old Road Fund, Antigua, and the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Jessica is on the Board of Directors for CCMSA. She and her husband, David, have two children, Sarah and Adam. David Kartzinel is a Board certified OB/GYN practicing in Las Vegas.  Sarah is a freshman at Chapman University's business school, while Adam continues to compete as a nationally recognized junior tennis player.

Sandra began her career at Morgan Stanley ten years ago and came to UBS with Jessica in 2008.  She received her EMT-B license in Chicago, Illinois before moving to Las Vegas, but found that she enjoyed the field of finance better.

Justin has recently moved to Las Vegas from Southern California, during which he was able to join our team as the financial planner.  Although he is a newer member of the team, Justin brings with him a passion for financial planning.  Prior to working for UBS, Justin was a Financial Advisor at Waddell & Reed. Since high school he always knew that he wanted to work in Wealth Management.  Growing up he watched his family receive financial advice from a friend that truly benefited them, but he saw how many of his friends and their families did not.  By being in the business, Justin enjoys educating our clients on how their choices today can affect their lives later. 

Justin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of La Verne with a degree in Economics. After a brief stint playing Football semi-professionally in Spain and Australia, he decided to hang up his spikes and get to work after winning the Australian National Championship with his team, the Sydney University Lions.
