Robert has 36 years of industry experience, and in his position, manages Discretionary and Non-Discretionary Equity and Balanced Portfolios. In addition, Robert provides consulting services to Non-Profits, Educational Institutions, Endowments, Foundations and Corporate Retirement Plans as well as assisting Corporations with their Cash Management requirements. Robert also coordinates equity research and portfolio strategy for the team. Robert is a 1978 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's degree in Finance Management Science. In 1994 he earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation from the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of IMCA and currently serves as Board Chairman of the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra.

Bob's primary focus is assisting individuals and families in developing effective solutions to deal with specific and complex long-term Financial Planning issues. These issues include retirement cash flow analysis, asset allocation, trusts, estate and gift planning strategies, and educational planning. In addition, Bob oversees all of the Fixed Income investment management for the group. A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Hartwick College in 1978.

In 1983 Barbara earned her CFA Charter and in 1985 earned her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Barbara has been a member of the CFA Society of North Carolina since 1981 and served as president. Barbara is also a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow and has spoken nationally on the subject of Long Term Care. Her areas of focus include investment management, life insurance, benefits and trusts. She focuses her time on integrating these various issues for clients and believes strongly that assets work best when they work together.

Dorothy J. "Dody" Williams
Client Service Associate
Dody successfully completed the program to become a Registered Representative in 1986. Dody's role as the Senior Client Service Associate leads the administration of the Green/Dickson Group. Dody's responsibilities include service as well as overseeing day to day administrative and operation issues. Additionally, she has a focus and substantial experience in the execution of Rule 144 transaction and the exercising of employee stock options. Dody received a Masters in Liberal Studies from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, in May, 2009.
