Blake has served the Houston legal community as a founding partner of the Pratz Simmons Group for nearly three decades. He provides personalized financial guidance for a select number of affluent individuals and families, with an emphasis in developing individual wealth preservation strategies. Three generations of clients have come to respect Blake's direct and grounded approach and entrust him to manage their financial futures. Blake concentrated in finance at Texas State University. He serves on the Board of Directors for two independent companies and in his spare time enjoys travel.

Jo joined the financial services industry in 2000 after attending The University of Texas at San Antonio and Rice University. A 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, Jim has accumulated extensive knowledge of estate, business and insurance planning techniques. He works with attorneys and CPAs to help review and, when necessary, tailor existing estate planning and insurance strategies in order to ensure clients have appropriate coverage to protect their wealth and to align with their long-term goals. Jim has completed the Certified Financial Planner training at the University of St. Thomas. He is President of the Camp Logan Association and is an avid marathon runner.
Cindy began in banking and has been in the financial services industry for over 15 years. Dedicated to building trusted relationships with the Pratz Simmons team clients, she holds series 7 and 63 industry licenses. Cindy is active with the Lupus Foundation and with St. Martins Episcopal Church. She enjoys biking and spending time with her three children and two granddaughters.
Olivia has over 15 years of financial service experience, having graduated from the University of Houston with a business degree in finance. She has worked with several major financial institutions as a senior financial advisor and in private wealth management within the private bank. Olivia is very active with her three children, working on school activities and helping with little league baseball.
