The Hilton Group Wealth Management at UBS Financial Services focuses our practice on a select number of clients for whom we can provide customized and tailored wealth management strategies. We utilize a consultative process. Jamie limits his working with new clients to those who can invest a minimum of $5,000,000 with The Hilton Group. Our wealth management process helps our clients to free their mind of the financial minutiae so they can focus their time, talent and resources on what is most important to them. About Jamie Hilton

Jamie began The Hilton Group in 1991. Working with a select group of affluent families, he and his team strive to be their clients’ personal chief financial officers. Their goal is to help clients make smart financial decisions so they can ultimately spend more time doing what they love with their time, talent and resources. 

Using a comprehensive wealth management process, Jamie gains a thorough understanding of the clients’ values and most important objectives. The Hilton Group then employs customized recommendations designed to address each client’s unique needs and objectives—beyond investing.

  • University of Rhode Island Sailing Advisory Council Co-Founder and Chairman
  • IYRS School of Technology and Trades – Trustee since 2014
  • Jamie has won sailing world championships in the 12 Metre Class, 6 Metre Class and International Comet Class
  • Jamie also enjoys downhill skiing, shooting sporting clays and salt water angling

Kara joined The Hilton Group in 1996 and has been working with high net worth families and individuals for more than 20 years. Kara is focused on a client centric approach to truly understand her client's deepest values and goals, translating that knowledge into wealth management solutions and strategies that will with stand the tests of time and market volatility.  Having earned the elite title of Certified Financial Planner, Kara, along with the team at The Hilton Group, addresses affluent clients concerns including; preserving wealth, mitigating taxes, providing for heirs through estate planning and charitable giving. Kara's career also includes being a Producing Branch Manager at Morgan Stanley from 1996-2013.

As a mother of three, Kara understands the complexities of managing a busy household. Being a life-long sailor, as is her husband, the Museler family spends time sailing along the eastern seaboard of North America and the Caribbean.  Her skills in sailing have been recognized with titles including four-time U.S. Collegiate All- American and Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee at the College of Charleston.

Kara's experience as a mother of three, world class sailor, Financial Advisor, Certified Financial Planner and Branch Manager give her experience professionally that transcends that of many of her peers.

Tony joined The Hilton Group Wealth Management at UBS in 2014 as an intern as he completed his Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Salve Regina. He completed his Master's degree in Business Administration in 2015 and joined the team full time.  Having earned the title of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Tony, along with his team at The Hilton Group, addresses affluent client concerns including preserving wealth, mitigating taxes, and providing for heirs through estate planning and charitable giving.

Tony grew up in Mystic, Connecticut and is now a resident of Newport, Rhode Island – he thoroughly enjoys spending his free time on the water. Tony is the vice-chairman of the James Patrick Stowe Foundation which works to aid research for testicular cancer as well as involved with volunteering with the ALS RI Chapter. Other interests of Tony's include hockey, golf, fishing, and spending time with family.

Janet began her career in the financial services industry as a Sales Assistant for Paine Webber in 1985. She joined The Hilton Group in 1996 while at Smith Barney, and has been vital to the team's success.  In her current role she oversees account administration, operations, and helps maintain client relationships.

She holds her Series 7, 63, 65 and 31 securities licenses.  Her outside passions include travel, boating, knitting, gardening, and reading.  She is an active member of her church where she volunteers her time and talent. Janet and her husband live in Newport, RI.
