Zachary has more than twenty years of experience helping individuals to develop strategies to manage their personal and business finances. He strives to work with clients to help them achieve their financial goals, and takes great satisfacation in building long term relationships. His experience in financial services covers a broad range of issues including, but not limited to: advising clients on the exit of their privately held business, working with senior level executives on concentrated equity sales, assessing risk and setting up asset management strategies to chart a course through difficult market environments, identifying potential estate and trust issues, and coaching the children of clients to understand the value and importance of investing.

Zachary joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2013. Prior to that, he began his practice in 1993 at Merrill Lynch in Boston. In 1999, Zachary was asked to assume a managerial role as the Branch Manager for Merrill Lynch in Portsmouth, NH.

Zachary takes great pride in his local community, serving as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Strawbery Banke Museum, a trustee for the New Hampshire Public Television, and actively donating to Crossroads House, the Portsmouth Music Hall, and the Dover Children's Museum. In addition, he has served as a Big Brother for the Big Brother/Big Sister program, he has been on the Board of Temple Israel, has helped to educate students on the importance of staying in school through the Junior Achievements Program, and has been a guest lecturer at UNH speaking to students on career choices. Zachary currently lives in Portsmouth with his wife Nancy, and his two children. As an avid car enthusiast, Zachary actively races with the SCCA and is also known to be a terrible golfer.

Ever since his parents purchased, on his behalf, several shares of a common stock for his tenth birthday, Justin has had a strong interest in the global financial markets. He began his career in wealth management in 2009 when he started his practice at Merrill Lynch. Since joining the Slater Group in 2011, he has used his early found interest and enthusiasm to help educate and navigate clients through the markets and their own retirement plans. As a holder of the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designation he focuses his efforts within the group on practice administration, management of client portfolios, corporate sponsored retirement plans and socially responsible and values based investing. In 2013, he, along with the entire Slater Group, transitioned over to UBS.

Growing up locally, Justin takes great pride in the growth he's witnessed throughout the Seacoast. Since returning from Messiah College where he studied Theology and Religion he has played an active role within his local community, serving on the board of Gather, the local Seacoast Food Pantry as well as volunteering with youth organizations and serving dinner at a local soup kitchen. In addition, he served in the Army Reserves for nine years. He currently lives in Stratham with his wife Alicia, and their three children. Justin is known for his award winning chili and takes pride in his expert bread making skills.

Julia is a Client Service Associate who has been a member of The Slater Group since 2006. Julia’s interest in working with families and individuals in support of their financial lives began in 1989 when she joined Smith Barney. After 17 years of client support experience, Julia joined Merrill Lynch in Portsmouth as the Manager’s assistant in 2006. As the backbone of the Slater Group, Julia spends her days working closely with clients, responding to all requests and coordinating the group's meetings and consultations. Her primary goal is to ensure that every client feels completely assured that any and all needs are being met.

When not working, Julia lives in Hampton with her husband Fred and enjoys volunteering in the Seacoast area, horseback riding, gardening, supporting her husband’s cycling habit, finding the latest clothing fashions, and spending time with her family.
