Roger F. Vierra, Jr. is a Senior Vice President of Investments and an Institutional Consultant for UBS Financial Services. Roger moved his practice from Bear Stearns & Co., where he had worked as a Managing Director for eighteen years, to UBS in December of 2007. Roger graduated from Rollins College with a B.S. in Business Administration and graduated from Rollins' Crummer Graduate School of Business with an MBA. In addition, Roger has his Series 7, 63, 65, Life Insurance Licenses and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®).

Jesse K. Masterson is a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant for UBS Financial Services. He has worked with the Vierra Group, both at Bear Stearns & Co. and UBS. Jesse has been an integral part of the transition to UBS, educational capabilities development, and client servicing. Jesse is a graduate of Boston University's School of Management with a concentration in Finance. Jesse is a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®). In addition, Jesse has his Series 7, 63, 65, and Life Insurance Licenses. He lives with his wife and daughter in Milton, MA.

Christopher Spellman provides participant education for our group. Chris leads all conversations with a comprehensive planning approach. It helps him learn all he can about you and your participants so he can address the most important priorities. What's more, if circumstances change over time, or new opportunities arise, Chris can adjust the plan to ensure it is on track.
