Services for Your Company Implementation A dedicated implementation manager and support team will transfer your plan data onto our recordkeeping system, coordinating their efforts with your legal, human resources, payroll, IT, accounting and other departments, as necessary. They will work with you throughout the entire implementation process. Client Service Team After your plan goes live, your Client Care team coordinates serving your company's needs. We will regularly hold conference calls and meetings with you to discuss plan specifics, technology upgrades and enhancements and other relevant issues. Your designated Client Manager provides access to our Best Practices and Training teams who are available to help you. Every step of the way, our professionals will help assure our relationship with you and your employees remains a success Services for Your Participants UBS One Source Our participant website, UBS One Source, enables participants to view account information across several plan types and perform transactions. Company stock quotes and plan details available on One Source provide information while modeling tools add a deeper level of transaction analysis. Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.* If your company has implemented certain industry protocols that UBS supports, we can offer a direct link from your company's internal website to UBS One Source. CEFS Financial Advisor Network CEFS Financial Advisors trained on your company's specific plan provide equity compensation and financial education services to your employees. These investment professionals are nominated by their branches and individually selected by CEFS management to join the Network. They must have a proven track record of working with corporate clients and their employees, along with demonstrated wealth management experience and the ability to provide Premier Advisory Services for senior executives. All have completed training and testing to earn the designation of Corporate Stock Benefit Consultant, which certifies their knowledge of equity compensation plans and related services. CEFS Financial Advisors serve clients and participants in more than 34 cities across the U.S., including three dedicated CEFS branch offices in Houston, New York and San Francisco. Call Center Series 7 licensed Call Center representatives trained on your specific equity plan are available to provide account information and help participants with their transactions.
