UBS One Source
UBS One Source, the website for your participants, offers information and fully translated online transaction services in English, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Simple Chinese and Spanish.  With this capability, non-English speaking employees have the ability to transact shares through our Internet application as easily as English speaking employees. 

Call Centers
CEFS call centers feature Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who provide one-to-one customer service support in several languages. If a plan participant´s language is not supported by UBS One Source or one of our CSRs directly, we can access a third party interpreter service for live translation services in more than 145 different languages.  We provide extended call service center hours from 3:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. EST to accommodate your employees´ needs across multiple time zones.

Customized Communications
You may choose to develop and post to your UBS One Source site a customized communications program for your non-US employees that parallels your program in English.  Participant communications may include informational brochures, plan procedures, and other documents you select.

Access to Currency and Equity Services
Distributions or cash proceeds from participant accounts are available in more than 30 currencies at institutional daily spot rates, with no charge for international wire transfers.  We can customize certain plan features, such as stock option exercise and distributions methods, to help you meet regulations in your employees´ home countries. Additionally, our QUICKSale^SM   service handles sales as block trades in countries where individuals are not permitted to hold stock.
