Tax Considerations
Some UBS clients want to maximize their interest deductions. Others prefer to limit items subject to the alternative minimum tax (AMT). Some have excess income they want to offset; others channel much of their income into charities, trusts and investments, and are more focused on the bottom line. While UBS does not provide tax advice, we can suggest home financing strategies designed to satisfy your complex tax concerns.

Before you consult with a UBS Mortgage Banker, your Financial Advisor may recommend that you meet with your tax advisor to discuss the optimal tax parameters for a financing of the size and type you desire. A UBS Mortgage Banker will work with your tax advisor to help you align your financing and tax strategies.1

1 Neither UBS Financial Services Inc. nor UBS Mortgage provides tax advice. You should consult with your tax advisor regarding your particular situation.
