Portfolio Management Programs
Business meeting
Many investors want to delegate authority for their investments to a trained professional. One option is to give this authority to a qualified UBS Financial Advisor. An investor can take comfort in knowing their portfolio is being handled by someone who understands their needs and goals, and who can draw on the strength of UBS resources.

If you're ready for this personalized service, the Portfolio Management Program may be right for you. Here's how it works:
  • Your UBS Financial Advisor is your personal investment manager, with discretion to actively manage your investments
  • Together, you'll define your objectives, time frames, and comfort level with risk
  • Your Advisor will build your portfolio, using UBS Research,1 (including economic analysis and individual stock research) and also independent, third-party stock research
  • You'll have the convenience of a simple, annual fee, which is based on your assets under management, and covers investment management, reporting and commission costs2

Talk to a UBS Financial Advisor about the Portfolio Management Program.

Relax. You have a UBS Financial Advisor working for you.

1 Two Sources of UBS Research are available to you as a UBS client. One source is UBS Wealth Management Research. UBS Wealth Management Research is part of UBS Global Wealth Management & Business Banking (the UBS business group that includes, among others, UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS International Inc.), whose primary business focus is individual investors. The second source is UBS Investment Research. UBS Investment Research is part of UBS Investment Bank, whose primary business focus is institutional investors. Because both sources of information are independent of one another and reflect the different assumptions, views and analytical methods of the analysts who prepared them, there may exist a difference of opinions between the two sources.

2 The annual fee, payable quarterly, does not include certain expenses, such as markups or markdowns in principal transactions, retirement or Resource Management Account (RMA, a premier central asset brokerage account) services, exchange fees and transfer taxes.

For a more complete discussion on terms and conditions, please see the Portfolio Management Program Account Application and Agreement and Form ADV Disclosure Brochure and contact your Financial Advisor.
