Greg is the Market Head for the UBS Wealth Management Chicago Market that includes offices in Downtown Chicago, Northbrook, Oakbrook, Barrington, Naperville, and Madison and Milwaukee Wisconsin.

 Professional History

Greg joined UBS in April 2016 and is a Managing Director and Market Head. Prior to joining the firm he spent the previous 28 years at Merrill Lynch where he began as an Operations Manager and held numerous roles to include 14 years as a Financial Advisor, Resident Director, Regional Sales Manager in Dallas, TX, Complex Director in Tulsa, OK, and Managing Director in Cincinnati and Dayton, OH, Indiana, and Boston, MA.

 Education

Greg received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati and his Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University.

Community Involvement

Greg is and has been involved in many charities over the years to include being a Board Member of United Way Boston, Girls and Boys Clubs, Junior Achievement,  and Special Olympics.  Currently, he is a Trustee on the St. Xavier High School Board of Trustees; he heads the Endowment Investment Committee, and recently led the search committee for a new President for the Jesuit High School.

Patricia has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She holds series 7 and 8 licenses and has been with UBS since 2003. Prior to her current role, Patricia was an Executive Assistant for the Midwest Region and Administrative Manager for Chicago Private Wealth.

Ms Hennessy graduated from Boston College with a BS in Nursing, and had worked in a Cardiac Surgical and Medical Intensive Care Unit in Boston.

Ms Hennessy has volunteered at Camp 'One Step at A Time', an organization for children with cancer and leukemia for the past 15 years. She is also a past member of the Chicago Children's Lurie Hospital Corporate Champion's Board, and one of the founders of the signature event, The Children's Hospital Car Raffle, which ran for 15 years in Chicago.

Patricia currently resides in Chicago, enjoys skiing, biking and travel.

Kerry is currently Director and Market Administrative Manager – Metro Chicago for UBS Wealth Management Americas.

She is responsible for all Administrative responsibilities for the market area; including managing and leading our Client Service Associates. Kerry brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined us from Morgan Stanley in downtown Chicago, where she held a similar position in one of the largest headcount branches in the country (235 employees). She joined Smith Barney, in 2006, and became part of the eventual joint venture with MS.

Kerry received an outstanding education from The Ohio State University Columbus Ohio. Her leadership skills blossomed early as she captained the Buckeye tennis team for three of her four years on the team.

Kerry began her professional career on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) working with commodities, options and S&P traders. She traded bonds off the floor for a few years before moving to an office manager position with a proprietary trading firm where she spent seven years before joining Smith Barney.

Kerry lives in Northbrook with her husband, Andy, 9-year old twin daughters, Sammi and Lexi, and 10-year old son, Zack. She enjoys sports, including all things Chicago. In addition to being an active mother and sports fan, Kerry likes to travel and read.

Chris Meyer has been in the Financial Services industry for over 22 years.  Chris started his career at the Chicago Stock Exchange ("CHX") where he spent 6 years in the Exchange's Customer Service and Market Regulation departments.  After the CHX, Chris spent 16 years in E*TRADE Financial Corporation's Compliance department.  While at E*TRADE, Chris held various senior level compliance roles including serving as the Chief Compliance Officer of E*TRADE's Capital Markets division as well as managing the Firm's Retail Trading & Surveillance department. 

Chris holds a JD from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and maintains the FINRA Series 7, 63, 55 and 24 registrations.  Chris lives in Glen Ellyn with his wife and three kids.

In addition, Bob sources partnering opportunities to leverage the firm's capabilities; which deliver institutional products to very sophisticated high-net-worth clients.

Bob has been with UBS for over 10 years and is the Assistant Market Head for the Chicago Tower. He has played a vital role in growing and retaining employee culture across the firm, transforming the Chicago Tower into a leading Market, by coaching his financial advisors, support staff and management team to serve their clients to the best of their abilities. His leadership is critical to sustaining long-term growth and retaining the industries best talent. Bob is well known for his networking and collaborative success by working across the firm to take full advantage of our capabilities, ensuring the world’s largest wealth manager continues to deliver the excellence our client expect. He is working to actively move decision making closer to the client for a successful delivery of WMA's new, more efficient operating model.

Bob is actively involved at the Ravinia Festival as an Executive Board member of the Ravinia Associates raising funds and increasing awareness for Chicago Public Schools music programs. Bob consistently receives the Global Community Award for his outstanding contributions to society in partnership with UBS Community Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility Americas. As a globally recognized leader in volunteer efforts, Bob promotes the long-term intention of UBS, to be a responsible corporate citizen. Adriana Serna has been in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years. Adriana started her career at ABN AMRO as an Institutional Sales Assistant and worked her way in the industry into management. Prior to her role she was a Complex Risk Officer at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management for 3 years. Adriana also worked at UBS in the Washington DC office from 2009 to 2011.

Adriana has a BA with a focus on Global Economic Policy from DePaul University and as part of her course work, she served as a reporter at the 2004 United Nations Conference for NGOs. She maintains the FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 31, 63, and 66 registrations. She holds her Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Conchita has been a part of the UBS family for 13 years.  She started out as a Receptionist with Restaurant Associates.  As a new branch opened, Conchita was offered an opportunity to join the Operations department of the growing business and has been a dedicated employee, providing exceptional service to UBS clients and staff. Conchita has background history in Human Resources and was asked to take on some HR responsibilities with onboarding UBS employees.

In April of 2016, Conchita joined the Chicago Tower Market Area Management Team as a Branch Office Administrator.

Conchita attended Chicago State University and earned a degree in education.  Conchita has volunteered her services in multiple UBS projects. Conchita currently resides in Chicago with her husband Jeffery and daughter.  In her time away from work she enjoys planning events for her family, shopping and cooking.

Prior to joining UBS in 2008 Shone was an Assistant Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Times Square, New York and Oak Brook, Illinois offices. At Morgan, Shone served as a Risk Officer and Operations Manager between 2004-2008.

Shone joined the UBS Private Wealth Management branch in 2008 and brings a wealth of client services experience and creative solutions to Private Wealth Management. In his time with UBS he has served as an Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Complex Control Officer, and Market Supervisory Officer.

Shone earned a B.A. from Berkley College and resides in the North Shore with his wife Juanita, son Donovan, and daughter Gabrielle.
