Robert currently serves as the North Texas Market Head for the Western Division of UBS Wealth Management Americas.  In this role, he collaborates with his branch managers, financial advisors and staff to drive business growth across 6 branches.

Professional History

Prior to his current position, Robert was the Silicon Valley Market Head from June 2016 - January 2020 and was Branch Manager of the Carmel Valley, San Diego branch from Sept 2011- June 2016. He was named Branch Manager of the year in 2012 and ranked #1 in his branch revenue group for 3 straight years.

Robert has been with UBS entities for over 30 years. He started at PaineWebber in 1983, working as a Financial Advisor for 11 years before moving into management roles in the home office, regional and divisional roles until 2005.  He moved on to the Branch Manager role for the Colorado Springs Complex (including Pueblo and Durango, CO) for 3 years and the Resident Branch Manager role in Boston for 3 1/2 years.

Education and Personal

Robert holds a degree in Finance from Iona College in New Rochelle NY. He also holds the CFP and CIMA designations. Robert is very active in the local community with the Rotary, Wounded Warriors and The Humane Society. He also helped to lead his employees at UBS in the local community with underprivileged children at the Monarch School and Junior Achievement. Robert is married to his wife Sarah and they currently reside in Dallas, Texas.

Jesse has 11 years experience in the financial service industry starting in 2006 with Citibank in Southern California. Jesse began his career with UBS in 2010 in Private Wealth in Los Angeles and later moved to the Dallas Fort Worth area eventually accepting his current role as Assistant Market head for the Plano, Dallas, and Fort Worth branches. Jesse's main roles are to coordinate and manage over 140 Financial Advisors in the area, support day to day operations, and ensure exceptional service and performance to clients.

Jesse received his MBA from California State University- Los Angeles and holds his series 3,7,9,10, and 66 securities licenses. Jesse and his wife enjoy hiking, photography, and travelling around the world.

Jim has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in various roles covering compliance, human resources, operations, and trading including the last 8 years at UBS Financial Services.  He is currently the Market Administrative Office for the North Texas Market.  Jim received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and holds FINRA license's 7, 66, 9, and 10.

Salinda is the Associate Director and Supervisory Officer for  the UBS Financial Services, Inc Dallas office.  She began her career in the financial services industry in Dallas; she has over 25 years of experience with a strong background in operations, taxable fixed income sales and trading, administration and compliance.  She has lived and worked in Dallas, Denver, and New York City.  Prior to rejoining UBS, she worked at RW Baird, JP Morgan, and Bear Stearns.

Salinda graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Finance, and recently received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dallas Baptist University.  Additionally, Salinda holds her Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 65, and insurance license.

She enjoys spending her time with family and friends in South Texas on the coast.
