Chris Marsh is a Managing Director at UBS Financial Services, responsible for the Wealth Management business across San Diego County: Rancho Bernardo, San Diego Downtown, Carmel Valley, and La Jolla branches. Chris has served in a variety of roles, across the US and International Wealth Management businesses, since joining the firm in 1999. Chris has worked with Advisor teams serving Clients in Asia Pacific, Switzerland, Germany, France, Monaco, UK and the United States. He has had the opportunity to work closely with advisor teams globally, create solutions for unique Client situations using UBS' global resources.

Chris' prior experience including roles in technology, business development, and as a professional business coach provides familiarity with helping businesses grow fastest – amid the uncertainty that exists in financial markets. His experience has also proven valuable in supporting financial and estate planning across generations – a challenge many Clients face regularly. Chris' passion lies in helping to create solutions for clients, their families, and often their companies, endowments, or foundations. Prior to joining UBS, Chris worked with SNL Securities and Andersen Consulting in roles ranging from consulting, to technology and sales. He holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses, as well as California State Insurance License. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and MIS at the University of Virginia. Chris and his wife, Malinda, have three sons: Sean Michael, Danny and Xavier. He and his wife enjoy being a part of the cultural and philanthropic organizations throughout the San Diego community, as well as scouts and many children's' sports.

Chris Kurdziel is the Assistant Market Head for the UBS San Diego Market.  She has been with UBS for 16+ years and has held positions as a Financial Advisor, Regional Development Officer, Divisional Training Manager and Senior Practice Management Consultant prior to her current role.  Chris has been responsible for coaching field leaders and financial advisors in effective business development and business management practices.  Chris is skilled in helping individuals identify and prioritize what is important to them, where they are now, where they want to be at a future date and create an accountable action plan to achieve meaningful business results.  In her current role Chris coaches Financial Advisors and their teams, leadership teams within the Market and helps drive business results through strategic planning and partnering, coaching, employee development and community outreach. 

A nurse and health care administrator by background, Chris has a BS and MBA from the University of Nevada.  As a health care professional, Chris held both clinical and administrative positions.  She led an Intensive Care Unit with a focus on major trauma and also an outpatient ambulatory service center.  In the administrative area Chris was responsible for creating delivery systems for managed care organizations and overseeing the healthcare delivery, quality management and utilization management services.

Michelle entered the financial services industry over 24 years ago and joined UBS in 2006, eager to tackle new challenges. As the Administrative Manager, she has successfully transitioned more than 20 Financial Advisor teams, representing over 35 individuals. Over the years, she has filled virtually every role in the Branch, which has given her a profound appreciation for the challenges of partnering with the FAs every day to serve the clients and put their needs first.
