Justin Frame is an Executive Director who serves at the Market Head for Los Angeles and Orange County. The business consists of seven branches, including Downtown Los Angeles, Seal Beach, Long Beach, Manhattan Beach, Irvine, Newport Beach and Brea. He oversees approximately 170 Financial Advisors who manage over $34 billion in client assets and is focused on maintaining our position as one of the most productive markets in Southern California. Our local roots allow us to always stand in service to our Financial Advisors and their clients. Justin is active in his community serving on several local boards including Advisors in Philanthropy and Working Wardrobes.

His focus is and always has been on promoting a culture of excellence centered on trust-based advisor-client relationships while delivering innovative, top-notch investment solutions to help meet our clients’ complex needs. Ryan Hollaender is the Market Supervisory Officer for the Los Angeles Market. He is responsible for managing Risk and Supervision for the Market. He joined UBS in 2009 and has worked in the Beverly Hills, Century City, and Downtown LA offices. Ryan's management roles have included Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Complex Supervisory Officer and most recently Complex Administrative Manager.

Ryan graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Administration. He was born in New Jersey and currently resides in Downtown LA. Ryan holds his 3, 7, 66, 9, and 10 securities licenses and is registered in all 50 states.

Elizabeth Metal is the Market Administrative Officer serving the San Diego Market and Newport Beach Branch of UBS Financial Services Inc.

In this role, Mrs. Metal is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the advisor teams in our six offices that make up the Orange County Market and $150MM in revenue, in addition to supporting the overall growth and footprint that the Orange County Market is responsible for delivering to UBS shareholders and the Orange County Community.

Mrs. Metal joined UBS Financial Services Inc. as a Complex Administrative Manager in October 2009. She held various roles within the firm including Regional Administrative Officer for the Southwest Region and Market Administrative Officer for the Los Angeles Market. Prior to joining UBS, Mrs. Metal spent 10 years with Merrill Lynch in Newport Beach where she started her career in the industry.

Mrs. Metal holds a BS in Business Administration Finance from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Dallas.

As a Southern California native, Mrs. Metal enjoys spending time outside the office with her family, husband Michael and young daughter Kaylin, playing sports, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.

Alan Watson is the Market Supervisory Officer for the Los Angeles/Orange County Market. This is the same role he previously held with Los Angeles Market and Orange County Market upon his arrival with the Firm in February, 2016. Prior to his current tenure with the Firm, Alan joined the Firm from Morgan Stanley in Denver, CO. At Morgan Stanley, Alan was the Complex Risk Officer, and was primarily responsible for ensuring and supervising compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, assisting Financial Advisors in meeting their risk and compliance needs, and monitoring and managing the overall risk functions for the branch location/complex he was a part of.

Alan studied at Bellevue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and prior to his education, Alan spent four years serving in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Hopper out of Pearl Harbor, HI.

Alan has over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry; He began his career as a New Accounts Specialist with Kirkpatrick, Pettis, in Omaha, NE. He was promoted to the position of Senior Operations Technician, where he was responsible for both trade and options balancing. Alan then joined the Morgan Stanley Dean Witter team as a Registered Sales Assistant before moving to Citi Smith Barney. While at Citi Smith Barney, he acquired the role of Operations Manager for the Orange, CA branch location, until it's closure in late 2009. In early 2010, he was promoted to Complex Risk Officer in for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Denver, CO.

When Alan is not working he enjoys spending time with his 5 year old son, taking on the occasional hike, playing a round of (bad) golf, catching a good movie, and watching college football.

Michael Giuntini is a Supervisory Officer for the Los Angeles/Orange County Market. Prior to this role, Michael spent the last 4 years at Wells Fargo Advisors working for their Los Angeles market. At Wells Fargo, Michael was responsible for coordinating branch operations and client service in the Westwood branch. Serving as a liaison between Financial Advisors teams and various home office contacts, Michael problem solved and managed a number of time sensitive requests to help service high net worth client's financial needs. Michael received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and is currently pursuing his Master's in Business Administration at the University of Southern California.

Mike recently moved to Irvine with his girlfriend after living in West Los Angeles for 8 years. He is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. When he is not working, he enjoys play basketball, spending time at the beach, and rooting for his home town sports teams, the Oakland Athletics and Golden State Warriors.

Cecilia Corral joined the Los Angeles/Orange County Market team as a Supervisory Officer in 2020. Cecilia began her career in the brokerage industry over 25 years ago and has extensive experience in different roles. She started as a cashier and new account clerk followed by taking a leadership path to become a Client Service Supervisor. In 2002, she joined Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly Wells Fargo Investments) as an Operations Manager for the Downtown Los Angeles office. As she continued on the path of leadership, she became a Regional Supervisor for the Los Angeles – Beverly Hills/El Segundo Region.
Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys volunteering in various community charities and events. She resides in Downey with her husband and daughter and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Arash “AJ” Jahanbigloo, is a Digital Specialist (DS) covering the Los Angeles and Los Angeles Private Wealth Markets. As your DS, AJ's role is to serve as the liaison between technology development and field usage, ensuring that FA teams provide the best possible wealth management experience to their clients, and that FA teams in the LA Market have the technology platform knowledge and training to maximize their production and efficiency, and drive revenue.

A native Angeleno, A.J. was born in Glendale, California and raised in Northridge and Woodland Hills. He attended Santa Monica College where he received an Associate's degree in Public Policy. AJ attended California State University of Northridge and received a Bachelor’s degree in economics. 

AJ Enjoys spending his free time reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors.  An avid outdoorsman, AJ has summited Mt. Whitney multiple times and has hiked sections of the John Muir Trail.
