Dawn Whitacre was named the Branch Manager of UBS's Dayton Office in January 2018. She is the first female to hold this role at this location.  Her previous experience includes  Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Assistant Operations Manager, Complex Service Manager and most recently as Market Administrative Officer which covered seven branches in the Ohio-Indy Market comprised of 118 financial advisors, 10 managers and 113 support team members.  Dawn has successfully helped manage the daily operations of the Dayton branch and has built comradery and morale in the office.  Dawn is very proud of the culture she has built at the Austin Landing office.  The culture is collaborative, jovial and a place that everyone enjoys to be a part of and work at.

Dawn's broad mix of knowledge surrounding many sides of the business allows her the ability to navigate all capabilities of UBS for the advisors and support team members she serves. Dawn invests a great deal of time working with financial advisors and support team members on all aspect of the business including practice management, potential teaming opportunities and team developments.  Dawn believes that in order for advisors to deliver a world class experience to their clients, they need a management team who recognizes the importance of providing timely, complete and accurate information to help them resolve every issue. 

Dawn volunteers her time at various non-profit organizations in the Dayton area including St. Vincent De Paul, Million Movement, JoyRide, Chapter 21 Military Order of The Purple Heart, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and Miamisburg Men's Soccer Booster Club. Dawn is the co-chair for the Ohio Indy Chapter of All Bar None, the women's network at UBS that engages, educates, and empowers employees to promote the professional advancement of women at UBS and to champion the vision, values and strategies of the firm.  Dawn grew up in New York on Long Island and went to college in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  She moved to Ohio, and has been married for 23 years to her husband, James.  Together they have a son, Jakob, and daughter, Stella. 

Dawn holds the Series 7, Series 66, Series 31, Series 9/10 licenses, State of Ohio Insurance License and Notary public for the State of Ohio.

Kathy began her career in the financial services industry in 1989. With three decades of experience, she strives to stay actively engaged and take a hands-on approach with employees and clients. Kathy is fully registered and holds the Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 66 securities licenses, along with Life, Health & Accident Insurance Licenses. After 21 years with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, she joined UBS in early 2011. Kathy works closely with our Financial Advisors and staff to create a supportive environment as well as promotes service excellence and productivity.  Kathy and her husband, Mike, reside in Butler Township and have two sons, Zach and Josh.

Emily joined UBS in 2014 and is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager and Admin Manager.  She earned her B.S degree in Organizational Leadership at Wright State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.

Kyle joined Dayton Branch in 2020 as their Client Liason.  She assists the branch with clerical and cashier support.  Kyle was born in Centerville, Ohio and earned her Bachelor's Degree from Wright State University.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the lake or beach with her family and friends.
