Judy began her career in financial services after graduating from high school in 1979, working with Paine Webber Jackson & Curtis Inc. She has worked in numerous administrative roles until passing her Series 7 (General Securities) exam in 1982 where she began working with numerous Financial Advisors as a Registered Client Service Associate.  Upon passing her Sr. 8 (Branch Manager) exam in 1988 she was promoted into the Branch Operations Manager position. 

Throughout her years in the industry, she assisted with various corporate mergers, such as the acquisition of Kidder Peabody & Company in 1995 at which point she was promoted to the role of Administrative Manager. In this role she assists the Branch Manager with administrative and sales support functions to minimize risk and assure efficient client-focused services.   She focuses on management, compliance and supervision.

Her experience with retail brokerage administration and operations also allowed her to be instrumental in the successful acquisition of McDonald & Co. in 2007, where she assisted in the transition and training for those McDonald employees and the conversion of former McDonald & Co. client accounts

She strives to provide excellent customer service in all that she does, for both internal clients (employees) and externally, to the clients of UBS Financial Services Inc.

Spencer serves as Senior Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager and Financial Advisor for UBS Global Wealth Management and is a founding member of Summit Wealth Management. He is passionate about serving clients and building meaningful relation-ships. In his role, Spencer and his team provide customized and comprehensive wealth management solutions to individuals and families, as well as, public and private institutions.

Philosophically, Spencer and his team are relationship oriented and consultative in their approach to client work.  He firmly believes in simplifying and coordinating client financial goals and objectives. Spencer has over twenty years of experience in wealth management. Prior to joining UBS, Spencer served as Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor and Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley. Spencer began his career with Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc.

Spencer holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and earned his Master of Business Administration degree, with a specialization in Finance, from The University of Toledo. He holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation, as well as, Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 licenses. Spencer is active in the Toledo community and is currently a Trustee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Toledo. He has previously served on the YMCA Storer Camps Board, The United Way Young Leaders Council and the Family and Child Abuse Prevention Center of Toledo. Spencer also served as a volunteer for Kids Unlimited and was a past mentor for Central City Ministries of Toledo. Spencer and his wife, Christy, reside in Toledo and have two daughters.
