Chad is one of approximately 100 designated Institutional Consultants at UBS with over 17 years of industry experience.  His practice focuses almost exclusively on Defined Contribution & Defined Benefit consulting and Ultra High-Net Worth Family Offices.  In the 401(k) arena, he works with plan sponsors to implement effective communication/education plans to reach the demographics of the plan's participants, provides continuous evaluation and selection of investment options and monitors the fiduciary risks associated with plan management.  For pension plans, Chad has experience in implementing liability-driven investing (LDI) strategies and assisting companies on managing pension risk.  His commitment to corporate plans is demonstrated by his holding the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) designation.

Chad received his B.A. from The George Washington University.  He obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from the CFP Board in addition to the Certified Investment Manager Analyst (CIMA) designation in conjunction with IMCA and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  He has published several articles on 401(k) and Defined Benefit Plan management and has extensive experience working with clients that are going through mergers, separations or consolidation of retirement plans.

He lives in the Princeton area and is the former and last Mayor of Princeton Township, New Jersey.  As mayor, he led the town through a complex merger with Princeton Borough - the first significant municipal government consolidation in over 100 years in the state of New Jersey.
