Justin was introduced to finance by buying his first shares of Apple stock as a junior high student. In college, Justin obtained a B.A. degree in business and communications from Arizona State University. Upon graduation, he was hired at Smith Barney (later Morgan Stanley) just before the 2008 financial crisis. Through thousands of outbound cold calls, Justin was able to build up his clientele; which primarily consists of business owners and high net worth individuals. His creative approach and strong work ethic allowed him to achieve the Pacesetter Award for five years in a row at Morgan Stanley. Justin continued climbing and building his business, leading to promotions of Vice President in 2013 and 2014, First Vice President in 2017, and Senior Vice President in 2020. In addition, Forbes has recognized his success by naming him a Top Nextgen Advisor in 2017 and 2018 and a Best in State NextGen Advisor for 2019. This success has been bred from Justin’s whole-hearted dedication towards ensuring that he will remain an indispensable asset to his clients. In the spring of 2020, Justin joined the Schultz Group at UBS.

Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Tayler, his Vizsla puppy Steev, and his close-knit family members. He is an avid traveler and has visited 19 countries and counting. Justin enjoys the little things in life like good food, good wine, and card games. To work off his indulgences Justin also loves playing tennis, snowboarding, hiking and high-performance driving.
