Lita began her career in the financial industry in 1988. After a brief hiatus from the business to pursue her interior design interests. She returned to the industry in 1992 when she was hired by PaineWebber in Palm Desert. In 1996 she began to work with Richard Kite in the sales and marketing area. Lita is still currently working with Richard as a Client Service Associate at UBS after some 15 years of service. Lita lives in La Quinta and enjoys her dogs, interior design, gardening and hiking.

Valarie began her career in 1985 and has witnessed many significant changes in the industry during this time. Valarie joined UBS in 1999 as the Control Officer in the Newport Beach branch and then became Administrative Manager in the Century City branch. Valarie holds the Series 3,7,63,65,9 and 10 securities licenses and is California Insurance licensed. Longing to return to the client side of our industry, Valarie joined The Kite Financial Group in 2009. Valarie lives in Palm Desert where she enjoys cycling and hiking.
