Chris has been in the Financial Services industry since 1994. He is a Managing Director at UBS. He also holds the titles of Senior Portfolio Manager and Institutional Consultant. Chris was named to Financial Times Top 400 Financial Advisors List in 2014 and the Forbes Magazine Best in State 2019 and 2020.
Prior to working in the financial services field, he worked in the chemical industry for 8 years consulting to various industrial manufacturers. He partnered with Glenn Arthurs in 1996 at Smith Barney Shearson. Since then, the practice has grown to 14 people and consults to over $2.7 billion in client assets (as of 12/31/2020).
Chris combines his broad knowledge of institutional consulting with detailed wealth management capabilities. His clients include not-for-profit foundations and endowments, trustee directed pension funds, trade union health and welfare funds and high net worth investors.
Chris received his Certified Investment Management Analyst certification, taught at the Wharton School of Business, in 2004. Chris also has an M.B.A. from Canisius College and a B.S. from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
Active in the community, he is currently on the Board of Trustees for Canisius College, the Past - President of the Greater Buffalo Youth Orchestra and ex-Board Member of the Buffalo State College Foundation. A native of Western New York, Chris and his wife have two children.
