Austin has over 13 years of investment experience in the financial services industry and retirement plan industry. Austin holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist designation where he is responsible for providing investment advisory, education, and planning services to his retirement plan clients and their employees. Austin has been appointed a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant granting him authority to act in a fiduciary capacity for his ERISA clients. This program is comprised of a subset of the firm's advisors who, because of their demonstrated experience and knowledge, are authorized to provide advisory services to defined contribution retirement plans. RPCS includes services that address three primary needs of defined contribution clients: provider search, investment consulting, and employee education consulting.

Austin is also certified as a Portfolio Manager in the UBS Portfolio Management Program (PMP), a personalized, discretionary investment management program. His role focuses on client wealth management, asset allocation and manager selection.

Austin earned a B.S. in Business at Middle Tennessee State University. He currently resides in Murfreesboro, TN with his family.

John graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. degree in Electronic Media Communication and began his work at UBS Financial Services in 2013. John's focus is toward research, asset allocation, operational strategy and service for retirement plan's. John holds his Series 7 and 66 (63/65 combination) licenses.

John lives in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife, Lauren. He is active member at City Church. Other passions include music, photography, and playing golf.
