The longer Roy remains in this business, the more he realizes the important responsibility he has to his clients, their overall well-being and the trust they place in the entire Gutierrez team. While most of his professional life experiences have been in wealth management (a Barron's article inspired him to enter the profession in 1981; he later joined UBS in 1987), to Roy, his work is about much more than finances. His primary role is lead manager of client relationships. Roy works with his team to ensure they ask the right questions, understand clients' goals and create an appropriate plan to pursue those goals.

Roy is chairman of the board of governors of Chenal Country Club. Roy and his wife, Louise, have two sons: David and Matthew.

Not only does David enjoy helping clients build and manage wealth across multiple generations of their families, he helps ensure their values are preserved across generations as well. He joined UBS in 2007 and has always made people the focus of his work– their unique stories, their values and helping them achieve what's most important to them. Now a father of two daughters, David has gained a greater appreciation for family values and the important priorities he has for himself and his family.

David focuses on financial plan development, including gathering and processing information, discussing alternative courses of action, and plan implementation. His background in engineering and interest in behavioral finance help him bridge the gap between thinking logically and the emotion and psychology that underlie much of the financial planning process.

With almost 30 years in the Financial Services Industry and over 26 of them with UBS (or its predecessor firm, PaineWebber), Leighann's current title of Relationship Manager is her most appropriate and favorite yet.  Leighann is passionate about providing  each client of The Gutierrez Group exceptional service and values the relationships that have resulted from working with most of their clients the entire 26 years.

"We want our clients to focus on their Family and the things they enjoy doing and let us focus on their financial future."

Leighann also works closely with the retirement plan clients of The Gutierrez Group assisting plan sponsors with enrolling plan participants, educating employees on the benefits of participating in a plan, plan reviews, audits, design and providers.

"It's important employees have a good understanding of their employer's retirement plan and I want them  be excited about taking part in their own financial goals and future."

When not working Leighann enjoys spending time outdoors.  She enjoys cooking, boating, ATV riding and hiking in her beautiful home state of Arkansas with her son, Chase, and her dog, Jolene.

Hillary joined UBS in 1998 and worked in a number of areas within the firm, including  Operations and Branch Office Administration. In her current role as a Senior Client Service Associate, her focus is different—it's much more about building relationships and working directly with clients and their concerns. To Hillary, this side of the business and getting to know clients personally is one of the most satisfying aspects of her job.

A devoted mom, Hillary spends most of her free time with her twin girls, Kendall and Katelyn. They enjoy playing softball, going to the park, riding bikes and swimming.
