Kenneth Parham is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Institutional Consultant with UBS Financial Services. He earned the designation of Certified Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®) from the prestigious Wharton School of Business and holds degrees in Business and Economics from Wofford College. Of the 7000 UBS consultants nationwide, he and his team are among 85 members of the firm's exclusive Institutional Consulting division. Within that division, Kenneth serves as one of 13 founding members of the Council for Religious Organizations. Kenneth’s experience as a consultant for high net worth families and some of the largest endowments in the Southeast has led to numerous speaking engagements for non-profit agencies and private associations nationwide. He has been recognized by leading financial publications such as Barron’s and the Financial Times as one of the top Financial Consultants in the country. In 2005, Kenneth was honored by the industry's standard publication Registered Representative as Outstanding Consultant of the Year. Areas of expertise include concentrated position strategies, behavioral finance, strategic philanthropy, predictable endowment income, money manager analysis, asset allocation and risk management.
Kenneth is a native of Greenwood, South Carolina and has served in the financial services industry for almost 30 years. He is a lucky husband and the proud father of two daughters. Kenneth serves on various boards; is active in leadership development for recent College graduates and is an Elder at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church.

Bert Arrowood is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management with UBS Financial Services. He graduated from Bob Jones University with a B.S. degree in Financial Management. Bert completed his post-graduate studies through the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO and become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. His background is concentrated in the areas of investment management, asset allocation, sustainable income and estate preservation. He conducts educational seminars for high net-worth families as well as for non-profit agencies and associations nationwide. Bert’s experience in working with high net-worth families and non-profit organizations has led to his participation in statewide telecasts over the ETV network which are archived in libraries throughout South Carolina. He is a frequent speaker on topics such as estate and tax planning, planned giving strategies and methods for achieving predictable income. In 2015, Bert was one of ten advisors from the state of South Carolina that was recognized by Barron's as one of America's Top Financial Advisors.
Bert is a native of Macon, Georgia and has worked in the financial services industry for 20 years. He currently serves as a board member for numerous nonprofit organizations and foundations and is on the Advisory Committee for the South Carolina Christian Foundation. He enjoys giving back to the community by speaking annually to high school and university business students about economics and finance. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and serves as a Deacon at Suber Road Baptist Church.

Will Bragdon is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management with UBS. He is a graduate of Covenant College with a B.A. in Business Administration and Finance. Will has over 11 years of experience in the industry servicing the unique needs of endowments and foundations and high net-worth families. Will has diverse experience in commercial real estate, investment analysis, family legacy planning, endowment development, investment policy and spending policy structure, and retirement planning. His work with a New York marketing firm, focusing on cause related marketing for multiple Fortune 100 and 500 clients, is a valuable resource for our institutional clients.
Will is the former chairman of the board for the Roper Mountain Science Center. He is active in the National Leadership Forum on Faith and Values in Washington, DC, was recognized in 2007 as one of Greenville’s Best and Brightest, and has been a member of the UBS Top 35 Under 35. Will continues to work with multiple state Governors to conduct student forums in the public arena and is active in the work of the International Foundation and the President's Prayer Breakfast. He and his wife attend and serve at Downtown Presbyterian Church in Greenville, and are now the proud parents of three young children. Will enjoys golf, fly fishing, hunting, and flying.

Katy specializes in client service and will likely be the voice on the line when calling our team. After earning her B.S. in Marketing from Clemson University, she spent more than 15 years in the banking industry. She is passionate about providing the best client experience possible. Prior to coming to UBS, Katy worked for regional and national banks as a manager, personal banker and loan officer. She is a native of South Carolina and has chosen to make her home in Greenville. Katy and her husband have two children and are avid Clemson football fans. She loves to try out new recipes and craft projects scouted out on Pinterest, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Sarah manages our team's client service efforts. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration and marketing from the University of South Carolina. She has over eight years of experience in the financial and banking industry. Prior to joining UBS, Sarah has worked with other competing firms where she gained valuable knowledge and skills as a Client Service Associate. She has a genuine interest in cultivating relationships with our clients and provides excellent concierge service. The combination of her technical skills and client orientation helps our clients know that their needs are being met with excellence and care.
Sarah is a native of Spartanburg but now resides in Greenville. She enjoys traveling, involvement with her church, and spending time with family and friends.
Rhonda specializes in operations and client service. She earned a B.S. in business education and a master’s degree in educational administration from Bob Jones University. Rhonda served on the faculty of Northland Baptist Bible College for five years, where she taught business, computer and office administration classes. In addition to her educational experience, Rhonda gained valuable knowledge in the areas of operations and customer service from her work in the healthcare, retail, and financial services industries. For over ten years, she has used the combination of her academic and practical work experience to attend to the often complex operational details that our sophisticated clients require. In addition to the many compliments she gets from our clients, Rhonda's skills have been recognized by her peers both locally and nationally. Rhonda was chosen to serve as a coach to other Client Service Associates (CSAs) in our area and to represent our region as a co-chair for the firm's Client Service Advisory Council. The Council of eleven is chosen from over 3,000 CSAs and is a forum to promote best practices in client service and seek solutions to our clients' needs.
