For more than 30 years, Glen Ringwall has been serving the financial needs of clients, earning the reputation as a trusted advisor who can guide them through the various stages of life. Serving a select circle of ultra-high-net-worth families, Glen and the Ringwall-Manion Group are dedicated to the total customization of wealth management, tax minimization and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies. As a Private Wealth Advisor at UBS, Glen has completed rigorous training and earned accreditation in a range of sophisticated wealth management strategies and techniques to help clients manage risks and maximize potential opportunities.  He earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

 Glen believes a successful client partnership is built upon two key principles: putting clients’ interests first and providing exceptional personal service. He has built his reputation as a trusted advisor by serving his clients with integrity and honesty and becoming their primary resource for family finances.

The team’s process focuses on creating lasting income streams for their clients to facilitate their desired lifestyle and creating the discipline and time horizon necessary for risk assets to perform. Glen listens to his clients to determine their financial needs and prioritize their objectives.  Utilizing a goals based approach to investing, each client’s assets are segmented into liquidity, longevity and legacy compartments to meet a designated need and receive a corresponding allocation within the portfolio.  He uses the vast resources of a world-class financial organization to help meet the complex, and often unique, needs of families with wealth.

Glen and his wife, Melissa, are busy raising their two sons. When he is not working, Glen enjoys staying active as a CrossFit competitor, hunting, fly fishing, alpine skiing, wakesurfing and wakeboarding.  He also generously volunteers his time in the high school classroom teaching financial literacy through the Secure Futures Wisconsin program and is a MACC Fund volunteer.

Mark began his financial services career in 1993 as a financial advisor with RBC serving the needs of high-net-worth individuals. Mark transitioned to UBS in 2012 and exclusively works with a limited number of clients who demand the refined skills, mature judgment and in-depth knowledge held by the Ringwall-Manion Group.  He completed a rigorous accreditation program which awarded him the distinction of becoming a Private Wealth Advisor.  Mark earned a Master’s degree with a focus on Finance, Real Estate and Investments from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. 

Mark is privileged to advise a dynamic and active clientele of wealth creators: entrepreneurs, business owners and their family members. He savors his ability to help families discern and address the many issues and decisions that can accompany significant wealth, serving them with an attentiveness and discretion that underscores their principles as a team.

The Ringwall-Manion Group focuses on providing their clients a family office experience, with the objective of being their trusted advisor and providing thoughtful advice regarding any financial issues that may arise. Their team of professionals includes an estate planning attorney, CPAs and CFPs to give clients confidence in the advice and guidance Mark provides.  Mark also works collaboratively with his clients’ trusted advisors, attorneys and CPAs to bring clarity to their financial picture.  Whether the goals are estate and tax planning, retirement planning, risk management, charitable giving or business succession planning, he strives to achieve the right balance of risk and return that bring peace of mind to his clients. 

Mark and his team create a detailed financial blueprint for each client that can be used to model and stress test their wealth against various financial goals and objectives. During the annual review process, Mark reviews the blueprint with the client to demonstrate the progress toward their objectives and to determine any necessary adjustments as the client moves through their financial stages of life. 

Mark spends much of his free time with his wife and their two daughters enjoying fishing, biking and running. Mark is an avid fly fisherman in both salt and freshwater for bonefish, tarpon, trout and salmon.  Running is more than just a pastime for Mark, he enjoys the competition and challenge of the sport and has competed in ultra-marathons and triathlons.

Erin has worked in the financial industry since 2007 and joined UBS in 2014.  Prior to joining to UBS, she worked for a company providing transition support for financial advisors throughout the country.  She specialized in managing and organizing these complex transitions.  Erin focuses on excellent client service as well as creating a positive experience for each and every client. 

As part of our team, Erin is responsible for managing all the daily operations and client support.  Among other responsibilities, this includes promptly and accurately responding to clients' ongoing requests, managing all account administration, transferring assets, and onboarding new clients.  She enjoys attending sporting events, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
