At a minimum we hold quarterly reviews with our clients, outlining economic conditions, policy compliance, performance attribution, and rebalancing recommendations. We are available for more in-depth discussions into anything specific to your organization.
  • ERISA 404(c) compliance checklist assistance. Complying with ERISA Section 404(c), may shield sponsors of retirement plans with participant-directed investments from liability for poor investment decisions made by plan participants.
  • Record-keeper search and selection. If a change to the record-keeper is required, our team has extensive experience in implementing record-keeper and Third Party Administrator (TPA) transitions.
  • Nonqualified plan services. The unique structure of nonqualified plans demands the attention of a full service consultant, including plan design, funding analysis and implementation.

In addition to serving as a retirement plan advisor in overseeing the investments, we aim to be a valued ally to HR and executive management, as well as the committees and trustees we work with, in providing strategic guidance and education to help ensure regulatory compliance.
