Keith Rivera is a Senior Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager.  He also received his Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from the Wharton School of Business.  In a 2007 football book called "A Modern History of America's Sport"; Keith was selected as one of the greatest 50 players to play at BYU since 1953. His drive for excellence didn't stay on the field, but translated off the field into his professional life earning him many prestigious awards in his 35+ year career.  Keith is also ex-Chairman of the Oregon Business Conference, which was held in Bend for many years.

Ryan McHugh is a second generation investment professional and has been with UBS since 2010. Ryan specializes in financial planning, portfolio management, and fixed income/bond trading for business owners and affluent clients. He has a Master's Degree from the University of Montana, Missoula and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Ryan received the America's Top Next Generation Wealth Advisors accolade by Forbes in 2018, and received the Accomplished Under 40 Award for central Oregon business leaders in 2014.  Ryan likes to engage in local Philanthropy and has served terms on the board of directors for Economic Development for Central Oregon, the Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Bend Rapids youth hockey.  His passions are skiing, hunting/fishing, playing ice hockey, traveling, and spending time with his three young children and his wife Heidi.

Tammy Head, Senior Portfolio Manager, has been in the industry for 30 years and has partnered with Keith for the past 27 years. Tammy specializes in Alaskan Native Corporations, hospitals and many high net worth individuals. She has obtained her Charter Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter, and her Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist designations. Tammy is a 2nd Lt of the Civil Air Patrol, she is a Mission Scanner as well as a private pilot. Her hobbies include skiing, flying, quilting and spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons.

Nona has over 25 years of client service experience in various industries.  This has included being Human Resources Manager for Patheon (Thermo Fisher Scientific) and HR at Willis Towers Watson. Nona received her Bachelors of Science from Oregon State University and later gained her Professional Human Resources (PHR) accreditation from the Human Resource Certification Institute.  Nona has lived in Bend for over 20 years and enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and husband Tom.  They love camping, paddle boarding, and participating in the kids water polo matched and swim meets.
