One of Chris Kurdziel's core beliefs is that wealth is as qualitative as it is quantitative. She truly believes that wealth is about living according to a defined value system, that this value system will vary by family unit and that the social, intellectual and human capital within a family is equally or more important than the financial capital of that family unit. Depending upon how a family mixes these ingredients they can create opportunities and legacies to enhance their world in meaningful ways.
This belief system is the basis for Chris' involvement with Financial Advisors, their teams and UBS clients. In her current role as Assistant Market Head for the UBS San Diego Market, Chris helps Advisors deepen client relationships and engage in meaningful dialogues around the many facets of wealth. She assists Advisors and clients to access the specialized resources of a global firm necessary to address the needs of complex wealth within affluent families, entrepreneurs, endowments and foundations.
Chris is skilled in helping individuals and teams identify and prioritize what is important to them, where they are now, where they want to be at a future date and create an accountable action plan to achieve meaningful business results. In her current role Chris coaches Financial Advisors and their teams, leadership teams within the Market and helps drive business results through strategic planning and partnering, coaching, employee development and community outreach.
A Nurse by background, Chris earned a BS and MBA from the University of Nevada. She is licensed in the Securities Industry with a Series 7, 9, 10 and 66 in addition to State Insurance licensure.
Originally from New York, Chris is married with 2 children. In her free time you'll see her enjoying the outdoors, exploring new restaurants and appreciating live music.
