David joined the financial services industry in 1986. David has been married to his wife, Tammy, for over 33 years.  They have three grown children, Donald, who recently married his wife Katie, and twins,Patrick and Kaity.  Throughout his career, he has been recognized as an achiever having been named to the Director's Counsel of UBS his entire tenure and both the President's and Director's Clubs at a previous firm. Dave was named Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors, 2019.  He has earned numerous designations: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®),  Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC®), Senior Portfolio Manager - Portfolio Management Program, and Assistant Branch Manager. Dave is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in business administration with a major in finance from the University of South Florida in 1986.  Dave and his family enjoy taking periodic missions trips.  He enjoys traveling, scuba diving, fishing, golf, birding, and astrophotography.

Tammy joined UBS Financial Services, Inc. in 2008, after spending time home schooling her three children, Donald, Patrick, and Kaity. Tammy has been married to David, our senior partner, for over 33 years. Tammy worked as an accountant and office manager for several 501C3 organizations and worked as a computer training specialist. Tammy graduated from Edison State College. She serves as the lead administrative member of our team coordinating operations, client events, and marketing. Tammy enjoys time with her family, traveling, birding, nature photography and scuba diving.

Jonathan began his career at UBS as an intern in 2009, while he was attending Florida Gulf Coast University. There he received his bachelor's degree in finance. He joined the McQuade Group in the Fall of 2010. He maintains his Health and Life Insurance licenses as well as the Series 7, 63, 65, & 31 securities licenses.  He has earned the CMFC® (Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor™) certification and his CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor), educational credentials issued by the College of Financial Planning.   Jonathan assists David with investment research, portfolio management, and financial planning.  He currently lives in Naples with his beautiful wife Natalia and enjoys all the wonderful beaches and golfing that Southwest Florida has to offer.

Brandon has worked with our team as an intern since 2016.  Upon graduation from Florida Gulf Coast University with a BS in Finance, he began working with our team full-time as a Client Service Associate.  Brandon is a real people person and we know you will enjoy talking to him when he answers our phones and assists with operational requests.  He enjoys surfing, fishing, and the beaches of SWFL.
