Dave Stack, CAIA® discovers non-traditional opportunities to build long-term wealth, especially in challenging economic times.

As one of the first six Chartered Alternative Investment Analysts in Maryland, Dave's experience and expertise enable him to offer sounds advice on (and access to) Alternative Investments, which continue to receive more attention from institutions and families with great wealth.  He has worked as a financial advisor for over thirty years at leading institutions, including PaineWebber (acquired by UBS), Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

Dave is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore.  He serves on the Board of Trustees for Chesapeake Shakespeare Company.  Additionally, he has also been on the boards and finance committees of the Children's Cancer Foundation and the University of Maryland Medical Foundation.

I began my career as a financial advisor at Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc. in 1982, providing investment advice and insight to high net worth individuals as well as small institutions seeking to preserve and grow their net worth in accord with their financial goals. I joined UBS Financial Services, Inc. in 2009 with a continued focus on the high net worth client relationship providing in depth research and analysis of equities both public and private, fixed income and alternative investments strategically tailored for the investment and economic environment coupled with the future expectations and objectives of the client relationship.

I have served on several boards and have chaired fund raising campaigns for charities such as The United Way of Central Maryland, American Heart Association and Young Audiences of Maryland. I enjoy the opportunity to contribute to the success of the client relationship.

Mitchell has over thirty-five years of experience on Wall Street, both as a client and an advisor.  He began his career in Institutional Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs, before covering high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, families and hedge funds for Credit Suisse in New York and Baltimore.

He serves the unique wealth management needs of ultra-high net worth individuals and families, focusing on corporate executives across a number of industries, including financial services.  Mitchell works with clients to deliver solutions in the areas of: non-traditional and customized investments, tailored lending and credit, private equity and hedge fund financing, executive compensation and concentrated stock holdings.

Mitchell earned his MBA from NYU Stern Business School and a BA from Middlebury College.  He also studied at the London School of Economics.

Sean Patrick McElroy

Sean McElroy focuses on the client service model, client education, and connectivity to planning.  He also analyzes potential investments and portfolio construction.

Since beginning his career at Millennium Partners, Sean's dual background as a client and advisor uniquely positions him to uncover client needs, find relevant resources, and deliver meaningful advice.  As an investment analyst on Northrop Grumman's multi-billion dollar pension and 401(k) plans, he was a client of many prominent Wall Street firms.  Sean has evaluated hundreds of investment presentations, and has experience in portfolio manager screening, due diligence and selection, as well as ongoing monitoring.  He also passed Level I of the CFA exam set.  Sean evaluated and supported the transition of 401(k) options to indexed investment vehicles, reducing costs for hundreds of thousands of people.

After Northrop Grumman, Sean earned his MBA from Loyola University Maryland and became Operations Director for Baltimore Angels, a local group of venture capital investors.  In this role, and as Director of Membership and Partnerships at Betamore, he was responsible for providing advice and connectivity to accredited investors and businesses, specifically focused on wealth creation.

Sean is passionate about improving community connectivity around positive social and economic impact.  He has held (or holds) leadership roles at the following organizations: Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, Church of the Nativity, Thread, and Marathon Youth Ministry..
