Jan brings many years of financial services experience to the management team. In her role as Assistant Market Head, she supports the Financial Advisors through coaching, training and providing solution driven ideas to grow their business. Jan has previously served as Deputy Branch Manager, Market Area Administrative Officer, and Administrative Manager at UBS. She has served as Compliance Director, Regional Compliance Officer and Regional Options Manager at Kidder Peabody. This depth of experience enables Jan to support our primary goals of world class client service and wealth management.

Don joined UBS as a business development coach in April of 2007. He coached the top teams at UBS and immediately impacted several businesses in the New England area as part of a regional coaching assignment. He then accepted a position in the Philadelphia Market where he grew up. He utilizes his experience as a successful financial advisor and manager in helping financial advisors optimize their practice. He was promoted to the role of Regional Sales Manager for Pennsylvania in July of 2009, and continued in that role for the larger Mid America Region.

In 2012 Don was hired to run the fourth largest branch in the Mid-West when he became the manager of the downtown Cincinnati office. Prior to joining UBS, Don worked for Morgan Keegan as a regional manager for their banking division PFIC. He began his career as a financial advisor after graduating from Wesley College in Dover, DE. He achieved club level status with New England Financial from 1996 until leaving to pursue his opportunity at Morgan Keegan in 2000. Don, his wife Lisa, and their two children, Ava, and Brody, make their home in Anderson Township, OH.

Amy is the Market Supervisory Officer for the Cincinnati Market. Amy has worked in the financial services industry since 1998 when she began her career as a Sales Assistant at Gradison McDonald. She joined UBS in 2007 as the Operations Manager and has shifted her focus into Compliance and Supervision over the years. She has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and is Series 7, 65, 63, 9/10, and 3 licensed, as well as, insurance licensed with the State of Ohio. She lives in Anderson with her husband Jimmy and 2 wonderful children. In her free time she enjoys exercising, camping, and watching football.

Mark Illingworth became the Market Administrative Officer for UBS Financial Services in November 2015 and has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to moving to Cincinnati in 2015, Mark was a Vice President with Morgan Stanley in Chicago. During his 10 year tenure, he held many different roles, including risk office, PWM operations manager, client service associate, and financial advisor. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mark traded equity and currency futures at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Matt grew up in Northwest Ohio and graduated from Ohio State. He is currently working as the Administrative Manager in our Downtown office. Prior to his role as Admin Manager, Matt worked as a Supervisory Officer and Operations Manager.

Kathy started her career in the financial industry with Gradison-McDonald Investments in 1996. She joined UBS as a member of the Operations team in 2007 until she was promoted to Supervisory Office in July 2017. Kathy lives in Cincinnati with her husband Rich and their 3 children. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys running, reading and watching sports.

Beth became a part of the UBS family in 2016 as the Executive | Team Assistant on the Leadership Team supporting Financial Advisors and coordinating many aspects of the day to day business operations. She spent the previous 16 years in the commercial leasing industry and believes that helping others reach their goals is just as rewarding for her as it is for the client. She holds a Liberal Arts/Business degree from Xavier University and loves to volunteer her time to help others in need.

Lindsay grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She attended college at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. While in college, Lindsay's parents relocated to Cincinnati due to her dad's job and upon graduating, she moved home to Cincinnati and was offered a position with UBS. Lindsay has two brothers, a niece and a nephew.
