Clay came to UBS in May 2007 as a Business Development Coach in San Francisco, CA before joining the Practice Management Group as a Senior Consultant in January 2009.  Clay began his financial services career at Prudential-Bache Securities in 1989 in San Francisco as an Advisor before moving to John Hancock/Sutro Financial Services in 1991.  During the next twelve years with John Hancock, he had roles as a Compliance Officer, Syndicate Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Sales Director. He continued as a Regional Sales Director for both MassMutual Financial and GE Capital/Genworth before joining UBS.  Clay began his professional career on Capitol Hill working for President Reagan and Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich.  Clay studied Architecture at Auburn University and has a B.S. in Finance from Georgia State University. Clay has a son named Charlie who is a sophomore at High Point University in North Carolina.  Interests include international travel, hiking, fine cooking, oil painting and the beach.

Kevin Janke joined UBS from Merrill Lynch where he managed three different teams over 7 years.

Kevin enjoys snowboarding, beach life, hiking and travelling.
