Richard Suss is an Executive Director of UBS Wealth Management Americas, and the downtown Miami Branch Manager. Since joining UBS in 2000, he has achieved various leadership roles throughout South Florida. He has served on UBS Leadership Council (2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2019) and twice has been named UBS Branch Manager of the Year (2013, 2015). With over 30 years of wealth management and banking experience in South Florida, Richard brings experience and understanding to the domestic and international clients we serve. Richard and his team, The Walker Suss Group, have been together since 2010. Their advisory practice is focused on asset management, estate and financial planning, and business banking. Richard is a Endowment and Foundation Consultant at UBS. He specializes in supporting the needs of Non-Profit Organizations through; Investment Policy Planning Assistance; Asset Allocation Studies and Analysis; Manager Search; Identification and Recommendation; and Portfolio Evaluation and Review.
Richard is a graduate of the Warrington Business School at the University of Florida, having earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration, and was honored with selection into the prestigious leadership honorary, Florida Blue Key. Also, he completed the Certified Financial Planning Program at Barry University and has been a Certified Financial Planner since 2006.
In his community, Richard serves on the Board of Broward College Foundation as Secretary, and the University of Florida's Parent and Family Leadership Council. Richard and his family live in Davie, Florida. Married 22 years to Dawn, they are proud parents of Jacob (19) and Sammi Rae (17).
