Jerry Castro joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2009 and is the Managing Director; Market Head of Washington, D.C. Prior to that time, Mr. Castro was the Executive Director of the Washington, D.C. market for 12 years at Morgan Stanley.

Jerry's 25 years of industry experience, both as a Financial Advisor and manager, provide him with a unique insight in bringing together all of the firm's high-end resources and capabilities. This enables our Financial Advisors to provide the highest level of service and value in assisting our clients to plan and achieve their investment objectives and financial goals.

Mr. Castro served as a co-chair of the UBS Branch Manager Advisory Council and holds a B.A. from Shippensburg University. He and his wife, Catherine, live in Annapolis, MD and are the proud parents of eight wonderful children.

Vanessa is the Assistant Market Head for the Washington, D.C. Market. In partnership with the Market Head, Vanessa navigates the firm's resources to access all of the firm's wealth management capabilities and solutions, enabling Financial Advisors to best serve their clients' needs.

Vanessa joined UBS as a Business Analyst at UBS Bank USA in Salt Lake City, UT, in January, 2005. She transferred to the firm's Wealth Management Headquarters in Weehawken, New Jersey in September, 2006 and has worked in various roles in the UBS Wealth Management Americas Banking Group.

Vanessa holds a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in finance from the University Of Utah David Eccles School Of Business. She lives in McLean, VA with her husband, Leif, and their four children.

Dan Egbert started his career with PaineWebber in 1998, working in the firm's Wealth Management Headquarters in Weehawken, NJ. Dan began as the Branch Manager for UBS in Bethesda, MD in 2012 after managing our UBS branch in Columbus, OH.

Dan graduated from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ and currently resides in Potomac Falls, VA with his wife, Jamie, and their three children.

David Roy joined UBS Financial Services Inc. in 2011 and has been the Branch Manager of the McLean, VA Branch since 2013. Prior to that time, Dave was the UBS Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager. From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Roy was in various managerial roles until he became the Complex Business Development Officer in 2008.

He holds a B.A. from Midwestern State University. He and his wife, Kristen, live in Poolesville, MD and are the proud parents of 2 incredible boys, Tyler and Cole.

John's financial services career began 24 years ago where he served as both a Financial Consultant and Branch Manager at Merrill Lynch. In 2002, he transitioned his practice to UBS Financial Services Inc.

A native of Washington, D.C., John was awarded a B.A. degree and State of Maryland secondary education certification from St. Mary's College of Maryland. His passion and commitment to financial literacy extends beyond the office, as the teacher of adult education investment classes and as a youth investment and finance course instructor.

Market to provide resources, oversight and support for local managers, Financial Advisors and support personnel. He served as co-chair for the 2015/16 Administrative Manager Advisory Council and is Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 licensed.

Mark received a B.S. in management from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, and currently resides in Arlington, VA with his wife, Elise, and son, Grady.
