Eileen's extensive experience makes her a key contact and go-to person for our clients. She began her impressive financial services career in 1987, assuming a series of supervisory and management positions at Merrill Lynch, including Operations Manager and Section Manager, overseeing three Supervisors and forty employees in the Quality Assurance Department. Her responsibilities were wide ranging, spanning from leading Process Improvement initiatives to presenting to Senior Management at the Women's Network Forum.
Soon after becoming a Client Service Associate, her accomplishments and leadership abilities were recognized with appointments to both the Regional and National Councils for Client Associates, for which she was one of only ten members, out of 6,000 nationally, selected to represent Client Associates to senior management. She also made significant contributions in the Consumer Cash management department and was selected to be one of 25 members of the Banking Strategy Council, comprised of Financial Advisors and Client Associates who provide feedback and recommendations on the firm’s banking initiatives.
Eileen was born in the Bronx but spent most of her life in New Jersey. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Francis University. Her son, Danny, is a Senior wrestler at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. Her daughter, Tara, lives in Austin and works in Hotel Management. After getting married on a beach in Cozumel, Mexico, and then u-hauling to Texas from New Jersey, Eileen and her husband, Wade, are enjoying their life in Austin.
