A graduate from Saint Mary's College of California, Moraga, CA, Ryan earned a B.S. in business administration. He subsequently obtained Series 7, 31, 63, 65, and 66 securities licenses, as well as his life, health and long-term care insurance licenses. Outside of work, Ryan is active with and/or donates to the following organizations: Saint Mary’s College , Good Tidings Foundation, and the Monument Crisis Center. In 2006 Ryan founded the Diablo Valley Philanthropic Society.
