A native Austinite and University of Texas finance graduate, John has been a Financial Advisor since 1980 and was named to Barron's "Top 1,000 Advisors in America" (2011). As a financial advisor and member of UBS's Portfolio Management Program (PMP) holding the title of Portfolio Manager, John takes his clients through the entire financial planning process, from cash flow analysis and budgeting, investment planning, education planning, risk management and insurance, to retirement and estate planning. Through proper management of financial resources and continuous dialogue, John helps his clients meet their life goals.
An active member of the community, John is a past president of Travis County Texas Exes and Young Men's Business League (YMBL), founding board member of Wonders & Worries, past senior warden of St. David's Episcopal Church, past leader of Teen Community Bible Study, former member of Leadership Austin, past chairman of the CASA of Travis County Annual Golf Tournament, current core leader of Adult Community Bible Study, current board member of the Children’s Blood & Cancer Center as well as Habitat for Humanity, volunteer for Meals on Wheels and Mobile Loaves & Fishes, deacon at Covenant Presbyterian Church, and serves on the investment and finance committee of the Seminary of the Southwest. In addition, John was appointed to sit on the St. David's Hospital Board serving twenty-three years. A former University of Texas Longhorn baseball player, John enjoyed coaching twenty-seven years in the community. John and his wife, Keni, have been married since 1976 and have three sons, five granddaughters and one grandson.

Brad Neff, CRPC®, PMP, AAMS®
Brad graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in finance and real estate and joined The Neff Group in 2005. Brad holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) and Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®) designation. Brad is also a member of UBS's Portfolio Management Program (PMP) and holds the title of Portfolio Manager. A financial advisor and portfolio manager with the group, Brad specializes in the construction of financial plans tailored to each client's individual needs, including investments, retirement & education planning, social security, long-term care and life insurance.
Brad, a baseball coach at Northwest Pony League for seven years, served as the president from 2011 to 2013. He is a current board member and former treasurer of Generation Serve, volunteer for Meals on Wheels, and is actively involved with his Church. Brad and his wife, Liz, have a daughter and a son, Collins and Caleb.

Greg Neff, CFP®, PMP, AAMS®, CFS®
Greg graduated from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas with a finance degree in financial markets and banking, and has been a financial advisor with UBS since 2008. Greg is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM and Certified Fund Specialist® designee. Greg is also member of UBS's Portfolio Management Program (PMP) and holds the title of Portfolio Manager. As a CFP® professional and portfolio manager, Greg specializes in investment management. He focuses on a combination of strategic and tactical asset allocation strategies, constructing portfolios using equity and fixed income funds, individual stocks and bonds, ETFs, REITs and MLPs.
Greg is a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, serves as a small group co-facilitator at Covenant Presbyterian Church, and is as a current member of American Mensa, the Texas Cowboys Alumni Association, Texas Exes, and Texas Fiji Alumni. Greg was a past president of The Bachelors of Austin and past committee member of the CASA of Travis County Annual Golf Tournament, and coached baseball at Northwest Pony League for many years. Greg and his wife, JulieWinn, have two daughters, Gracie and Adeline.

Bertha M. Hutcheson
Client Service Associate
A native Houstonian, Bertha graduated from Regis University in Denver and has been working with John in Austin as a Client Service Associate since 1983. She provides operational and administrative support for The Neff Group, communicating and working directly with clients on a daily basis throughout the account servicing process.
Bertha is an active member of the Austin community, volunteering at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, the Assistance League of Austin, Meals on Wheels, and serves on the Strake Foundation board. She has four children, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren who all live in Austin.
Stephanie E. Kopp Meeks
Client Service Associate
Stephanie graduated from Texas Woman's University and has been in the wealth management industry for seven years after eight years in the banking world. As a Registered Client Service Associate, she provides high levels of client service in addition to administrative support to the team.
Stephanie spends most of her time chasing her son from swim class to Boy Scout campouts, and volunteers with Partnerships for Children as much as possible.
