After graduating from Hamilton College in upstate New York with a B.A. in economics, Drew worked in a public corporation for six years and then joined Smith Barney in 1997. He co-founded the Rocky Mountain Group in 2000 and joined UBS in 2006. He has extensive experience in wealth management, investments and financial planning. He and his wife, Heather, have three children and live in Missoula.

Tia joined UBS and the Rocky Mountain Group in November 2008 and has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. She started her career with Smith Barney in Bozeman, Montana, and in 2003 joined the Smith Barney office in Missoula as Operations Manager. She holds her Series 7, 9, 10 and 63 securities licenses. Tia is a Montana native and an honors graduate from Montana State University with a B.S. in sociology and a minor in business administration. She is married and lives with her husband, Adam, in Missoula.
