Jerry has more than 30 years of financial services experience, including 24 years of experience with UBS, who he joined as a result of the PaineWebber merger. Jerry’s industry experience includes roles as a financial advisor, a Branch Office Manager and a Regional Director. During his tenure at UBS, Jerry has developed deep knowledge of the field and the firm, helping him guide advisors to greater success. Further broadening his experience and knowledge of the industry, Jerry has directed UBS’s Leadership Management and Development Program, which enabled him to study the best practices that are used to support Financial Advisors. He also has presented at leadership seminars in the U.S., Zurich and London.

Jerry returned to Nashville in 2013 as Complex Director for the Tennessee Complex. Prior, Jerry served as Market Area Manager and Complex Director for Atlanta. Jerry graduated from Western Carolina University with a BSBA degree in marketing and economics. In 2000, Jerry won the prestigious Ed Connolly Leadership Award, which is given annually to UBS employees who exemplify outstanding leadership. He currently serves as a Elder at Woodmont Christian Church, on the Board of Directors for OZ Arts Nashville, Nashville Entreprenuer Center and Nashville Public Library Foundation. Jerry currently resides in Brentwood, TN with his family and enjoys running and reading.

Sara joins the firm's Tennessee and Kentucky wealth management business after working with UBS' Chief Investment Office (CIO) as a Municipal Credit Strategist in New York, NY. She first joined UBS in 2012 in the firm's banking business and then worked as an analyst in the Graduate Training Program (GTP) in the New York and Weehawken, NJ offices.

From 2013 to 2015, Sara worked with various market and field facing roles including Private Wealth Management (PWM) Strategy, Alternative Investment Sales, Advisory Solutions, and Equity Research. In 2015, she joined the US division of UBS' Chief Investment Office (CIO) as a strategist covering the municipal bond market. In addition to her work as a regular publishing author on such publications as the Municipal Market Guide (MMG), she also worked closely with both financial advisers and clients on individual municipal credit concerns and municipal portfolio construction.
