As Branch Manager and Executive Director of the Bergen County Office of UBS Wealth Management Americas, Adam is responsible for leading 125 amazing woman and men whose main goal is to provide an unparalleled client experience.  Through his close professional and personal relationships with each and every Financial Advisor and Support Team Associate, Adam stops at nothing to help them run and grow their practice.  Adam has spent his entire 22 year career at UBS, which he leverages every day to clear any roadblocks and get quick and effective decisions.  Individual business coaching, revenue growth strategies, net new money generation ideas, business legacy planning and leveraging the global capabilities of UBS are just a few of the areas that he helps Financial Advisors and their clients with.

Prior to this role Adam was the Head of Business Management for the Eastern Division of UBS Wealth Management. In this role he was responsible for supporting all of the branch offices along the U.S. East Coast, from Maine to North Carolina, totaling 14 states including cities such as Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Washington D.C. Financial services is all that he knows with past roles also including Assistant Branch Manager, Regional Administrative Officer, Head of Financial Advisor Recruit Onboarding and Equity/Options Trader.  This has helped shape Adam's philosophy that a successful business starts with the right people, who have the right clients, running a holistic financial practice and creating opportunities for clients, employees and shareholders.

Adam holds FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 52, 55, 63 and 66 licenses in addition to licenses for Life, Accident and Health.  Adam is a Bergen County native and grew up less than 10 miles away in Fort Lee. Adam graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Finance.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, golf, tennis, flag football and running.  He and his wife, an elementary school teacher, have two children and currently reside in Cranford, New Jersey.

Tess is an Assistant Market Head for the Northern New Jersey Market. Tess focuses on supporting market wide initiatives and sales practices while serving as the assistant manager of the Bergen County Office.  Tess has been with UBS for the past six years spending time both in the field and at UBS Asset Management.  Tess started her career at the 1285 Avenue of the Americas Complex where she supported all of the administrative processes for Financial Advisors, Team Associates and the entire Management Team.  Prior to her current role, she was the NY Metro Region's Investment Consultant for UBS Asset Management where she partnered with Financial Advisors and their clients to find solutions to help them meet their financial and personal goals.

Tess holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 66 licenses and NY State Life, Health and Accident Insurance Licenses. Tess graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Tess is originally from Chicago and now resides in Hoboken, New Jersey  with her fiancé Joe and her cat Beatrice. In her free time she enjoys traveling to Italy and visiting wineries in the Finger Lakes of NY.

Kate Hernandez is the Supervisory Officer for the Bergen County Office. Kate joined UBS Financial Services in 2006 and has spent her entire financial services career in the Bergen County Office. Kate’s broad experience across operations, compliance and administration allows her to assist Team Associates and help Financial Advisors effectively run their practice.

Kate holds FINRA Series 3, 7, 9, 10, and 66 licenses in addition to licenses for Life, Accident and Health. Kate attended Hunter College in New York where she studied Sociology.  Kate is a Bergen County native and grew up in Hasbrouck Heights.  Kate, her husband and their daughter currently reside in Lodi, New Jersey.In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Joel is the Admin manager for the Bergen County Office. In this role he is primarily responsible for the growth and continued advancement of the Team Associates. Passionate about individuals and their continued success, Joel strives to ensure each associate reaches their full potential, whether that be to become the best overall team associate they can be, or potentially a Financial Advisor in the future. In addition to managing the support staff, Joel is involved in the day-to-day businesses of our Advisors and teams. Formerly on the UBS Marketing Team, Joel works to help teams build their brand and promote their capabilities both locally and nationally through traditional media and marketing as well as our digital offerings.

As noted, Joel began his career at UBS as a member of the Marketing Field Engagement Team, a role that saw him travel the country speaking to Advisors about brand building and customized marketing efforts. He was also a fixture speaking to large groups during our UBS training and development days. Prior to joining UBS, he spent 10 years with Morgan Stanley, via way of Smith Barney, also in marketing. During that time he was the head of marketing for Morgan Stanley's Graystone Consulting Institutional Division.

A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications, Joel holds the FINRA Series 7, 66, 9/10 and 24 licenses. In his free time he is an avid CrossFit athlete as well as watching and reading up on all things with the fitness world. He is also a die-hard football fan and a big San Francisco 49ers fan.

Sherry is the Market Service Manager for the Northern New Jersey Market. With over 30 years of operational and management experience, Sherry handles the day to day operations of the Bergen County Office. She joined PaineWebber as a Sales Assistant with a small branch and held many positions during her tenure including Assistant to the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, and Administrative Manager. She joined the Bergen County Office in 2008 as a Compliance Analyst and then as an Operations Manager. Sherry has the expertise and has developed relationships in all areas of home office that help her solve the most complex issues for Financial Advisors and Team Associates.

Sherry holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 66 licenses. Sherry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Douglass College, Rutgers University. Sherry is married with two children and currently resides in Oakland, NJ. In her free time she volunteers with her children's high school athletics teams fundraisers, spends quality time with her family skiing and playing soccer.

Sabrina is the Digital Specialist for the Bergen County Office. She acts as an internal consultant to provide Financial Advisors and Team Associates with personalized in-person and remote support for all digital tools used at UBS. She works closely with the rest of the management team to determine a comprehensive plan that promotes technology and serves advisors, their teams and clients. Sabrina also speaks with clients to enhance their understanding and usage of the digital tools available at UBS.

Prior to joining UBS in May 2018, Sabrina was in retail banking for 11 years. She was previously an Assistant Branch Manager at PNC Bank where she managed a team and conducted face to face meetings with clients on a daily basis. Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kean University. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, concerts and reading mysteries and biographies.  Sabrina currently resides in North Brunswick, New Jersey.

Caroline Steiger is the Branch Office Administrator for the Bergen County Office.  Caroline joined UBS Financial Services in 2013 as a Client Service Associate, moved on to a Wealth Strategy Associate position and then spent time in Weehawken supporting equity compensation plans on the Workplace Wealth Services team.

Caroline earned a Master's in Counseling from Loyola Marymount and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Maryland.  She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. Outside of the office, she enjoys Pilates, traveling and live music events.  Caroline currently resides in Wall, New Jersey.

Christian Graff is a Wealth Planning Analyst for the Bergen County Office. He joined UBS Financial Services in 2016 as a member of the Wealth Advice Center, where he would build financial plans and advise clients on their investment portfolios. Christian partners with Financial Advisors and team associates to build comprehensive financial plans in order to identify methods to position clients for the present and future.

Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Susquehanna University, where he was a defenseman on the Men's Lacrosse team. Christian holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP^®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM (CRPC^®) and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor^SM (AWMA^®) designations, and maintains his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. In addition, he holds his New Jersey Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses. Outside of work he enjoys traveling, going to sporting events, coaching youth Lacrosse and staying active. Christian currently resides in Wayne, New Jersey.
