Bruce has a long history of leadership. This history finds its beginnings during 

his 12 year career as a carrier based naval flight officer. The discipline and

attention to detail needed to operate in a highly challenging environment

prepared him for his career in the financial services industry. Through various

positions he has distinguished himself a field leader during his 24 year career

in the financial services business.

Prior to UBS, Bruce worked as a financial advisor and institutional trader.

During his tenure he also served as a recruiter for the new Merrill Lynch

advisor program where he led the nation in bringing career professionals to

the financial services business. He then moved to the Customized Investments

desk in New York, where his team led Wall Street in the issuance of new

structured investments.

At UBS, Bruce has worked in the structured products group, the Mid-Atlantic

Region, the downtown Baltimore and Hunt Valley branches, Downtown Denver and Cherry Creek Summary branch, all as branch manager. He is currently the Complex Director for Plano/Ft. Worth.

Bruce received his Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University with a

major in Production and Operations Management and a minor in Information

Systems Management.

 

Bruce also served for 12 distinguished years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight

Officer. His tours of duty included, flag aide to the Commander and Chief

U.S. Atlantic Command, USS John F. Kennedy, U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (The Blue Angels), Attack Squadrons 42 & 176 in the A-6E Intruder.

He has over 2000 flight hours and 250 aircraft carrier landings.

Gerda began her career in the financial services industry in Houston as an administrative assistant in public finance.  A move to Dallas and several securities licenses resulted in 26 years with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation and Credit Suisse Securities in roles ranging from sales support to operations management.  In early 2017, the role of Administrative Officer for the Plano, TX branch of UBS became an opportunity for Gerda to continue to share her passion for providing administrative expertise to financial advisors and their support staff.

Gerda graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Organizational Behavior and Management, holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 licenses, as well as a Texas insurance license.  She loves to cook, travel and spend time with her family and friends.

Salinda is the Associate Director and Supervisory Officer for UBS Financial Services, Inc office in Plano.  She began her career in the financial services industry in Dallas; she has over 25 years of experience with a strong background in operations, taxable fixed income sales and trading, administration and compliance.  She has lived and worked in Dallas, Denver, and New York City, and most recently rejoined UBS Financial Services in a compliance role for the Plano branch.  Prior to rejoining UBS, she worked at RW Baird, JP Morgan, and Bear Stearns.

Salinda graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Finance.  She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Dallas Baptist University.  Additionally, Salinda holds the Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 65, and insurance license.

She enjoys spending her time with family and friends in South Texas on the coast.
