Patricia is the Branch Manager of the Princeton, NJ office where she serves as an advocate and partner with Financial Advisors and service support teams to deliver a world class wealth management client experience. She partners with field leaders within the Market to help foster a culture of connectivity between the firm and the Financial Advisors.  Her primary responsibility is to help drive organic growth with a focus on the tactics to execute on key products and services that lead to net new money gains in enhanced economic profit. She prides herself on bringing the best and deepest resources to serve the clients' and Financial Advisors' needs, both through the strength of UBS and the human capital of her leadership team.  

Her prior experience includes multiple facets of branch administration as well as client and advisor engagement. Those roles include being the Assistant Market Head in the Park Avenue Market, NYC;  Head of Teaming and Succession Planning;  and Experienced Advisor Recruiting groups at UBS. 

Patricia joined UBS in 2012 from Merrill Lynch, where she spent the prior 14 years leading Advisor Recruitment and Integration efforts for 7 years. In her career at Merrill Lynch, she held management positions where she was responsible for Recruiting Business Managements, FA Compensation and numerous field facing roles.

She lives in Manalapan, NJ with her husband Jeffrey and their 2 children,  Aiden and Liam.

Joel is the Admin manager for the Princeton, NJ Office. In this role he is primarily responsible for the growth and continued advancement of the Team Associates. Passionate about individuals and their continued success, Joel strives to ensure each associate reaches their full potential, whether that be to become the best overall team associate they can be, or potentially a Financial Advisor in the future. In addition to managing the support staff, Joel is involved in the day-to-day businesses of our Advisors and teams. Formerly on the UBS Marketing Team, Joel works to help teams build their brand and promote their capabilities both locally and nationally through traditional media and marketing as well as our digital offerings.

As noted, Joel began his career at UBS as a member of the Marketing Field Engagement Team, a role that saw him travel the country speaking to Advisors about brand building and customized marketing efforts. He was also a fixture speaking to large groups during our UBS training and development days. Prior to joining UBS, he spent 10 years with Morgan Stanley, via way of Smith Barney, also in marketing. During that time he was the head of marketing for Morgan Stanley's Graystone Consulting Institutional Division.

A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications, Joel holds the FINRA Series 7, 66, 9/10 and 24 licenses. In his free time he is an avid CrossFit athlete as well as watching and reading up on all things within the fitness world. He is also a die-hard San Francisco 49ers fan.

Bridget is the Branch Office Administrator for the Princeton, NJ Office. In this role she is primarily responsible for the day-to-day functions of the office and support of all Advisors and their Teams. Her love for interacting with our clients shines through in her bubbly personality and “make-it-happen” attitude. Her previous experience includes Sales/Account Management, Non-Profit work and Event Coordination, bringing a unique set of skills with her. As one of our newest office additions, she is looking forward to expanding her horizons at UBS by earning her series 7 and 66 licenses in the near future.

Bridget holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Kutztown University. In her free time she enjoys renovating her new home, cooking with her niece Layla and playing with her pets Munchkin and Elvis.
