Jamal joined UBS in 2016 after working for GE Capital for 5 years. While at GE Capital, he successfully completed GE’s Financial Management program. After finishing the program, Jamal joined the Sales and Trading desk for middle market loans in New York City, where he focused on compliance and trading activity. Jamal was also part of the African-American Forum while at GE Capital. Upon joining UBS he focused solely on creating goal based and cash flow plans for high net-worth prospects and clients. From planning a home purchase to preparing for retirement, he values getting to know clients and making sure they have the right tools in place to reach their goals. Through this extensive planning process, Jamal is able to help clients identify and strategize ways to achieve their goals. He does this by aiding clients through managing risk, gaining insight into their estate planning, and continually utilizing the resources of UBS and the team's network to provide clients with the services they are seeking. Jamal has earned his Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA) designation. He is licensed to sell life and health insurance in New York State.

Jamal graduated from Middlebury College. He is very involved with his alma mater as he serves on the Middlebury Alumni Association Board and is a Co-lead of the NYC Middlebury Alumni chapter. Jamal and his wife, Kaitlyn, reside in Brooklyn, NY.
