Patrick M. Ford began his career as a Financial Advisor in 1987 with Merrill Lynch where he served as a Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Advisor. During his tenure, he mentored trainees in the firm’s Financial Advisor Development Program, helping individuals develop best practices to better ensure their future success. As a Portfolio Manager, Pat frequently interacts with investment managers both within and outside his firm to develop and deliver customized strategies unique to each client. Additionally, he regularly speaks to students enrolled in Financial Literacy classes at area high schools.

Pat is dedicated to providing his clients with the finest, individually tailored approaches to financial and goals-based wealth management. He advises individuals, families, and businesses by helping to define their financial goals, establish objectives, set strategies, and implement investment recommendations. At the heart of his philosophy is a passion to build enduring client relationships by providing outstanding service and guidance. Pat strongly believes open and trusted collaboration is a crucial element in achieving optimal outcomes for his clients in the planning process.

Pat graduated from The Ohio State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism. He is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner; a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Patrick also holds a designation from the USC Davis School of Gerontology, whose mission is to promote "healthy aging for diverse individuals, communities and societies through leadership and innovation in research, education and practice." He also acted as a select member of Merrill Lynch's Technology Council, whose purpose is testing new client and advisor facing applications and providing ongoing feedback.
