As the founding member of The Weisberg Group, Rich has been helping both Businesses and individuals prepare for their financial future since 1995. He serves as the relationship manager for the team's Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Plans as well as providing advice and guidance to his individual clients. During his tenure he has been recognized as an industry leader, having been named one of Planadviser's TOP 100 Retirement Plan Advisers in 2015. 

Rich holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University along with his Series 7, 63, 65, and 31 securities licenses as well as active Life, health and variable annuity licenses.  He has served on the Boards of The Ohio State University Alumni Association of Naples, The Economic Development Council of Collier County, The Conservancy of Southwest Florida Business Development and Economic Affairs Committee, and The Chabad of Naples.  Most recently he was among the few professionals selected to the Leadership Collier Class of 2017. Outside of the office Rich and his wife, Adrianne, reside in Naples with their three children Catlyn, Chloe, and Honey.
