Michelle began working part-time at UBS in June of 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Oregon State University, as well as a Master's degree in Education from Linfield College.  Her teaching skills and love for working with people of all ages has been a valuable addition to Springer Wealth Management. 

Michelle enjoys building long-lasting relationships with Springer Wealth Management clientele. Michelle strives to deliver a high touch, family centric experience with everyone that comes into contact with the team.  In addition to supporting her team members, she can help with anything from facilitating monetary distributions to setting up a college savings plan.  Her overarching goal is to ensure that everyone’s needs are met in an efficient and timely fashion.

In her free time, Michelle volunteers in her local community SMART (Start Making A Reader Today) program helping children learn to read. She also enjoys spending time with her family, attending her alma mater's home football games, cooking, running, and devouring books in her Book Club.  She lives in Sherwood, Oregon with her husband Scott, and has two sons in college.
