Todd Starkey believes strongly in continuing his education to better serve his clients. He is among a highly select group of Financial Advisors who have attained both the Certified Financial PlannerTM and Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designations. In addition, Todd is also a Certified Investment Management Analyst®. He has been in the financial services industry since 1996 and was previously with Merrill Lynch from 1999 until 2013, when he joined UBS.

Todd and his wife, Candy, live in Viera, FL and have a beautiful blended family with five children, Jillian, Matthew, Katherine, Kaitlyn and Andrew, and 2 grandchildren, Ashton and Aria. He is a member of the United Way of Brevard and the Space Coast Economic Development Commission.

Alex, who joined UBS and the Compass Wealth Management Group in 2017, works closely with clients to understand their retirement planning, philanthropic and family goals and provides a personalized comprehensive plan to help guide them. He also concentrates on analytics and the development of custom investment strategies by performing market and security due diligence, following macro and micro economic trends and staying current on UBS and external market research. Alex takes pride in delivering what clients need most today— "Advice. Beyond investing.”—by utilizing tailored solutions to address each client’s individual priorities.

He previously worked at a business consulting firm where he worked with a team to help their clients develop and execute strategies to maximize return on investment, productivity and efficiency within their respective markets.

Alex graduated with a B.S. degree in finance from Florida State University, where he was a member of the men’s club soccer team. Alex is on the grant review committee for Community Foundation and is a member of the Space Coast Economic Development Commission. In his free time, Alex maintains an active lifestyle and loves to play soccer, golf and snowboard. Alex also coaches a youth soccer team with Indialantic Force and donates his time to the Holy Name of Jesus church and local charities.

Prior to coming to UBS in 2013, Candy spent 25 years at Merrill Lynch in Merritt Island, FL. With expertise in all areas of client service, she works exclusively with the Compass Wealth Management Group. She is the Team Administrator and leads daily operations of the team to ensure service excellence for clients. She is also responsible for scheduling appointments, event planning and educational programs. In addition to her client service duties, she also works with UBS's liability products such as Securities Based Lending, Residential Lending as well as long-term care and life insurance quotations and service.  

Candy is active in the community and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Home Society. She lives in Viera, FL, with her husband, Todd.  Together she and Todd have a large loving blended family made up of  5 adult children and 2 beautiful grandchildren.

Karin began her financial services career with Dreskin, Gillman & Granite in 1994, while still in her home state of New Jersey. After moving to Florida in 2000, Karin joined the UBS office in Melbourne. She is a Senior Client Service Associate and the Branch Technology Liaison. She has also served as wire operator, Assistant Branch Operations Manager and Branch Service Associate.

At the Compass Wealth Management Group, Karin handles administrative client service tasks, including banking and online services. Her love of helping clients and focus on providing world-class service is evident in all that she does as an integral part of the group.

Karin is married to Troy and enjoys photography, camping, hiking and reading.
